The Cannibal and His Mistress

Chapter Four; September 12th

It has been a whole month since William and Katherine met and today is Katherine’s birthday. Her leg has healed and she can walk normally through the house and helps William with some of the household chores. He has been teaching her how to cook and how to kill like him, just like she wanted.

Over the past month their relationship has grown beyond the cheap shots, witty banter and double entendres. They have a bind now that can never be severed. He is her saviour, she is in his debt, she has made it clear that she would do anything for him. Being the perfect gentleman he is t going to force her to do anything until she is ready to do so.

‘Katie?’

‘Yes, Will?’

‘How do you feel about killing my patient today?’ He asks not stopping his actions of chopping meat.

‘It would be my greatest birthday wish.’ Katherine says with a large smile.

‘Birthday wish?’ William stops cutting meat and looks at her with a quizzical head tilt.

‘Yes, today is my birthday, I"m 22.’ Katherine doesn"t stop chopping carrots.

‘Why didn"t you tell me? I would have gotten you something.’

‘Don"t be silly, just being here is all I need.’

‘Why are you so simple? Most women would have asked for jewels, money, anything. What do you want?’ William says taking that knife out of Katherine’s hand and placing it on the counter, he turns her toward him.

‘I want to be happy and being here with you makes me happy.’

‘You may just be the perfect woman.’

‘I"ve heard that actually.’

‘By whom?’

‘By you silly.’

‘What do you want to do today?’

‘I want to kill that patient of yours.’

‘Is there anything else you want to do today?’

‘There is something I really want to do, but I"m going to wait until later.’

‘Should I be scared?’

‘No, you should be very excited.’ Katherine says with a smile. Katherine turns her head when she hears the doorbell ring. ‘That’ll be your patient. I"ll hide in the bedroom until you tell me otherwise.’

‘No, stay. Please.’ William says as if he was pleading with her.

‘Okay.’ Katherine says with a smile.

William answers the door and ushers the man inside. The man goes to sit on the couch like he had done so many times before. But William stops him.

‘Oh, sir. No, we are going to do conduct your session in my proper therapy office.’ William looks back at Katherine and nods to her. Katherine smiles knowing exactly what William is going to do. William leads the man down into the basement. With Katherine close behind them, William motions for the man to jump onto the table, which he does so willingly. ‘Now, sir I"m going to do something a little different with our session today. I"m going to inject you with a sedative, not strong enough to knock you out but enough so you don"t feel anything.’ William says taking a syringe filled with a clear liquid.

‘Why would I not feel anything? What are you going to do to me?’ The man asks getting a little bit worried.

‘Don"t worry. When we’re done you won"t feel anymore.’ Katherine appears into the man’s line of sight.

‘Who is that?’ He asks William while looking at Katherine.

‘This is my beautiful assistant, Katherine. She will be helping today.’ William says injects the syringe into the man"s arm.

‘What is she supposed to help you…’ The man slowly goes into an awakened coma. He can see everything but can"t feel anything. To prove this William takes a scalpel and cuts the man with it.

‘Did you feel that?’ William asks.

‘Feel what? What are you doing?’ The man asks getting worried.

‘Don"t worry, soon you won"t matter anymore.’ Katherine says.

‘Katie, really do you have torment the poor man like that?’

‘I"m sorry.’ Katherine says bowing her head.

‘See there’s that cute innocent look again.’ William says taking her chin in his hand and makes her look at him. When he sees that she is biting her lower lip, an action he hasn"t seen her do yet, makes him a little weak in the knees. He uses his thumb to drag the lip out of her teeth. ‘Don"t do that.’

‘Do what?’

‘That lip biting thing. It makes me want to do things to you that you aren"t ready for yet.’ He says with a sad smile.

‘Who says I"m not ready?’

‘You did, a couple of days ago.’ William says looking more upset than he did before.

‘Well, maybe I"m ready now.’ Katherine says with a shy smile.

‘You are?’

‘That"s what I was trying to tell you earlier.’ Katherine says taking the scalpel out of William’s hand and cutting off a sliver of the man’s flesh and feeds it to William.

‘You are so sexy right now.’ William says taking ahold of Katherine"s waist and bringing her as close as he could to him.

‘Am I? Prove it.’ Katherine baits, she knew he wouldn"t do anything with his patient laying on his operating table, but once again he proved her wrong.

He pushes her to the closest wall, her back hits the wall with a thud. Her legs around his waist and his breath blowing the loose strands of hair out of her face. She places her finger tips on his lips almost as if she were tracing them, to memorise them. When she traces his bottom lip with her thumb, he swipes it gently with his tongue, caressing her thumb. She looks deep into his deep brown eyes and saw the love and lust that go hand in hand with each other. She didn"t know which he would act upon first. Judging by the way his tongue was playing with her thumb she imagined that lust would be acted upon first. He takes her hand away and crashes his lips onto hers kissing her with more intensity than he did the first time they kissed.

She feels his hands draw up her skirt, she feels his nails rake along her bare thighs, she hisses at the new marks he had added to her body, but those marks she’ll cherish, she’ll look upon those marks and feel joy, the other marks left by her husband she only looks upon with sorrow. But she knew that if William saw them, he would kiss every wound, every scar to make them heal in her mind and she won"t be scared to look in the mirror anymore. William begins making work on Katherine’s dress which is held together by ribbons, a tight corset and lace.

‘Just rip it.’ Katherine breathes.

‘Are you sure?’ William asks.

‘Yes, I have always hated this dress.’ Katherine says with a smile. She watches as William takes two handfuls of her dress and rips it in half. Katherine breathes deeply when the dress’s corset comes off. William just stares at Katherine’s body. He watches her breasts heave as they take in as much air as they can. Katherine hears squirming from behind them, and remembers the man still on the operating table. ‘Oh, right. Your patient.’ Katherine giggles when William places his head on her chest.

‘Oh, why did you to remind me?’ William says as he starts to kiss the valley between her breasts.

‘Because he is going to be able to move soon and he will get away and tell the police what we tried to do. Do you want to be sent away? Because I don’t think I could survive a day without you.’ Katherine says lightly pulling his hair but making no effort to make him stop.

‘I don"t want to lose you either, I love you.’

‘You do? You know I love you too, right?’ Katherine says pulling his head up to look into his eyes.

‘I know that now.’ William says smiling at her with his adorable head tilt.

‘You know, I’m suddenly aware that I"m naked, so why don"t you just finish up here while I get changed.’ Katherine says with an embarrassed smile.

‘Alright.’ William says as Katherine turns to leave up the stairs. ‘Just don"t come out here wearing just my shirt!’ William yells up the stairs.

‘Alright!’ Katherine yells with the same intensity as William did. Katherine giggles when she hears William laugh at her yell.

Katherine takes off her dress and throws it in the back of the closet hoping to never see it again. She rummages around admiring how perfect all of his suits are hung up. She softly caresses each suit hoping that feeling each one will make her decision easier. She is about to give up when she sees the suit he wore the night they met. She takes it out of the closet and lays it out on the bed. She admires it for a moment before unbuttoning the jacket to find a waist coat she doesn"t remembering him wearing when they met. She smiles though, she unbuttons the waist coat and places it over her naked torso. The silk on the inside of the waist coat felt amazing on her skin and the cotton of it scratches her sensitive n*****s. She smiles at the sensations on her skin and moves to the bed to put on the pants she puts them on to find that her underwear was making it difficult to look good in them. She smiles as she gets a delicious idea, she takes the pants off again and takes off her underwear. She puts the pants back on to find that she looked better. But the pants are loose, all of those years wearing corsets has made her waist really small but her thighs are larger than she would like them to be but she has grown to love them nonetheless, they help to keep the pants up a little better. Katherine puts the jacket on and she heads out the door and back into the basement where she leans against the wall and watches William cut his patient again, the yell from the man made Katherine smile slightly.

‘You couldn"t wait for me?’ Katherine asks.

‘You know what needs to be done and the quicker… wow.’ William says as he turns to see Katherine. ‘Is that the same suit I wore the moment we met?’ He asks.

‘Yeah, seemed appropriate.’ Katherine says with a smile.

‘You are amazing you know that?’

‘Of course I do, but it"s nice to hear you say it.’ Katherine says walking toward William.

‘I guess this is better than just a shirt I suppose.’ William says as Katherine walks into his arms.

‘You suppose, huh? I could have walked out with nothing on and you would still have loved it.’ Katherine says. ‘But you want to know the difference between you and me? I make this s**t look good.’

‘Says you.’

‘You don"t think I make your suit look good?’

‘It makes me want to rip it off you.’

‘There we go. That"s all I wanted.’ Katherine says as she moves to his patient and leans over him. ‘He doesn"t seem all the rude to me. I think you made him better.’

‘But he was still rude to me a month ago, I can"t let that go.’ William pleads as if he were a child.

‘Alright.’ Katherine says waving her hand.

‘Suddenly she is calling the shot?’ The man asks.

‘If I let her think that she is in charge I get to have s*x tonight, so yes she is calling the shots now.’ William says slapping Katherine on the ass.

‘You are such a push over.’ The man continues.

Katherine tilts her head and places her head on William’s shoulder. ‘You know what? Do it, kill him now. He is rather rude isn"t he?’

‘That"s what I have been trying to tell you. He has referred to women as the lesser species.’ William says as he caresses Katherine’s face with his hand. ‘When we know that you are better than me. I"m just a lowly doctor on a killing spree.’

‘Don"t put yourself down like that. I don’t like it when you do that, it makes me think that you don"t think you are amazing, which you are.’ Katherine says kissing William on the cheek. ‘I say kill the bastard.’ Katherine whispers and biting William’s earlobe. Katherine feels William shiver under her touch.

‘Okay.’ William says with a shaky breath. He picks up a dagger from the table next to him.

‘Do it.’ Katherine breathes in an almost moan. ‘Do you want to know something, I recognise him, before I met you he thought I was a w***e and tried to force me to do something I didn"t want to do. So do it, kill him, now!’ Katherine yells as William plunges the dagger into the man’s heart. As the man yells out in pain William lets out a yell of anger. Katherine is smiling behind William.

‘He never tried to force you to have s*x with him, did he?’

‘Nah, I only said that to speed up that process, I could have killed him faster than that.’ Katherine says as she flips her hair and begins to walk away.

‘Where do you think you are going?’ William asks taking her hand and brings her back to him.

‘I was going to give you some space so you can do what you would normally do with your victims.’ Katherine says with a charming smile.

‘You must be punished for lying to me.’ William has an arm around Katherine’s waist while the other hand is around her throat.

‘Am I going to enjoy this punishment?’ Katherine asks pushing her luck.

‘I don"t know. But I know I definitely will.’ William says pushing her out of the basement and into the bedroom.
