Angela and Cladd refused to have the babies anywhere but in their room. They were going to be hands on parents regardless of their stature. Angela was the eldest of 5 and had helped her mother with many a screaming baby. The staff set up the cribs and the rocking chairs. It was after breakfast before everything was settled. Cladd helped Angela to bed, she was better able to help now that she did not have the pregnant belly. She even was able to sit on the edge of the bed without falling backwards.
“I want to try to stand up My Love.” She looked up at him after he set on the edge of the bed. She reached for his arms and he steadied her. She pushed with her legs and was able to stand. Between her legs was very sore but she was excited that she is standing on her own, almost.
