Chapter 5 Shopping trip

Rico knocks on the door. He turns looking out over the yard. When the door opens he turns back and smiles. His eyes widening seeing Jasmin in plain clothing."Jaz" She ducks her head and opens door wider asking him in. He looks around but seen only her and a plate in corner of the sitting room. This has him raising his eyebrow. He knew Jasmin refused for anyone to eat outside the dinning room. She always invited anyone who stopped in and ate with them to set in the dinning room as well. She was formal but not snotty. Everyone loved her and admired her warm personality. He was no exception to that. He'd had a soft spot for her since he'd meet her. Timar even used him as her bodyguard when he could not be with her himself. So anything out of character was noticed by him.

"Rico I will get Rosa she still in dinning having breakfast" She bowed exiting the room to go get the woman who was playing her. This made him frown even more. " Thanks I will be gone a while and hope that the house work want put you out. After all as the princess no one can see me doing hard labor right and the windows are almost always open" Rico fisted his hands outside the dinning room. He never exspected his top student to be so low and petty. If he had he wouldn't have recommended her. By time she finished her speech he was back at the entry hall waiting. When she came out Jaz behind her she walked to door." I'm ready Rico Sir" She stepped out door heading for car. Rico looks at Jaz as he started out. " Boss said to bring you as well. Said he wouldn't have a servant go without things they might need" He waves her to car as well. This made Jasmin brighten up for her brother had thought of how his buying another stuff might make her feel.

The second store was a high end store. Currently the sell person was helping Rosa pick out dresses and formal wear. They buzzed around her like bees would a queen. The fact she was here with Timars head gaurd and his personal card had people talking. So they was all flocking around her trying to curry favor. Jasmin set to side looking at some of the jewelry. Rico watched her and noticed her eyes on the little tirar it was nothing big but she reminded him of a little girl dreaming of her prince. " If you want it Jaz I'll buy it and the necklace that matches it for you. Just consider it an early birthday present " Jasmin whole demear lite up she'd be 17 next week and Rico had remembered. Just then Rosa walked out in a sweetheart neckline mermaid dress. It was a sea green sequence top with flowing Lacy bottom and quite stunning. It brought out her eyes and showed off Rosa curves. Seeing the staff boxing the tiara and necklace handing it to Rico gave her an idea. Everything bought would be hers even if she couldn't get her claws into Timar. " I think I need an elegant crown and jewelry to go with this."

They was at the forth shop and both Jasmin and Rico was ready to call it quits. Rosa had bought a small fortune of jewelry make-up clothing and barely there undergarments and sleep wear. Yet apparently she wants even more as now they was in a every day store with jeans t-shirts and sports wear. She was strutting about with even more of the staff fallowing her. They bowed and done her bidding for everything she said. Rosa was eating up all the attention as she either nodded her head or shook it as they held up clothes for her. Once the pile was big enough she asked them to be took to the fitting room. She was on cloud nine as she strolled to go try on all her new stuff.

Yet unnoticed by any of the three was a slim man in a hoodie with shades that had been fallowing them all day. He had taken pictures of how the sales people was with Rosa and of all her fine clothing. He had noticed the other young woman would only gotten a few plane clothing and a pair of hi-top shoes. He even noticed the body gaurd sweet act of buying her a simple necklace and tiara at the second store. He wondered what was the relationship between body gaurd and the young woman was. This morning the woman he was taking pictures of seemed to treat her like a maid or something. it was clear the second wasn't as high ranked as the first. So though curious his attention stayed on the first Miss. He had to make sure she was truly who his boss wanted. If she wasn't then he'd have to repeat all this. He'd done failed twice with the information and couldn't do so again.

"Can we please go. Timar will be home and expecting dinner in a few hours. " Jasmine said hoping to end this trip already. Six stores and a shoe shop had to be enough already. Rico nodded exspecially being he was carrying all Rosa many bags. " How dare you call him Timar like that. Behind closed doors I know he doesn't like being formal but you... you... you actually act so casual with my brother. How dare you do so." Rosa said acting indignant as if she had been offended. This caught the spy's attention. He walked closer to listen to them. " I'm sorry miss it just while you been away studding I am one tending to house. I know your brother wants his meals shortly after he retires to the house every evening" Jasmin said softly head bowed. Looking at her you might think she felt ashamed of being so forward but honestly she was just hurt she could not be so with the threat. After all I do not wish to be kidnapped like the kings sister. But Timar my brother and only should his mate be more important than me. She acts like we owe her or something. " Oh I didn't realize my sweet brother had a routine of course then we must hurry back so you can cook. After all look how much he spoiled his baby sister today. So cook his favorites." Rosa said now walking towards the entrance to leave. She didn't want anything else but had been enjoying all the attention she was getting.

So she naturally hadn't wanted to leave yet but soak up every bit of it she could. Rico fallowed just glad soon his load would be in car instead of him having to pack it. Though he knew he'd have to unload it and pack it all inside at least he'd get a small break driving. He was also glad that he wouldn't have to watch Jaz be ignore while Rosa acted snotty to her. He would have to remember to set camera around main living areas like kitchen sitting room and so on. He could not stand it if she was bullied in her home by the one he chose for this mission. So he'd be keeping a close eye on things. A relieved sigh told him Jaz was just glad the trip was done for.
