The grand tour

AMEERA

As Dom kissed my forehead and left me standing there I just watched him walk out the door. Throwing myself on the bed in frustration with my head in the pillow I screamed. After a few times of that I went to find Alicia. In doing so I got lost looking at this beautiful house. In which I was greeted by Alicia, Eden and Henry. Henry smiled saying “Would you like to take a tour of the west wing of the mansion?” 

Sure!  

This side along was huge, and there was so much more than met the eye of this beautiful mansion.

The west wing mansion was on two levels. The main living area is on the ground level. Here are a spacious living-dining-kitchen area, office, covered porch, spacious deck with open and covered spaces, separate grilling deck, master bedroom with en-suite bath, another full bath, laundry/mudroom and a few double garages.

On the lower level was a spacious game room, three additional bedrooms, two additional baths, and a long covered porch.

Above the garages  is a huge bonus room with three single beds and plenty of whatever space.

All major rooms enjoy panoramic mountain views, uninterrupted by roads, wires, or other homes. The mansion  is built on 8 acres and is extremely private. However, it was not easily accessible with wide paved roads leading directly to the house. Everyone appreciates the fact that we have a flat driveway and level entrance into the house.

This is the Main Level Living Area

The house is definitely an open concept. The living room, dining room, and kitchen area is big and spacious with unbelievable long range mountain views from every spot. Vaulted wood ceilings, beautiful walnut floors, comfortable and quality furnishings, and plenty of amenities made for total relaxation.

The kitchen is an open galley style with a 17foot long x 6 foot deep granite island. Top quality appliances, storage galore, all the cooking utensils was so shiny and Henry beamed with pride over this area, and fabulous views promising he enjoy preparing our favorite meals.

The dining area is surrounded by glass walls, bringing the outside in. The beautiful custom table expands to seat 20-30; stools at the island offer additional seating for 10 to 15.

The living room has a wood burning fireplace, beverage center with undercounter refrigerator, sound system with speakers throughout the house, and comfortable seating for seven or more. It took my breath away on just how big it was. Alicia smiled “we are gonna have so much fun here, I can feel it” as she locked arms with me as Henry continue talking about the house like he was the seller and we was buying it. 

I didn’t mind though, it was breath taking!

The master suites was a world into itself.  Outfitted with a cal king size poster bed, the rooms opens onto the covered portion of the decks. The bedrooms has sitting area, large HDTV, DVD player, vaulted wood ceilings, and plenty of storage. The ensuite bathrooms contains a deep soaking tub, separate walk in shower, long vanity with double sinks, lots of light, wall hung TV, and heated floors I didn’t even notice half this stuff walking into the house, or even when I hopped in the shower. 

On the front of the west wing house is a comfortable and spacious office with seating space for 7. High speed wireless Internet is offered as that reminded Henry to give us the password. Then moved on.

The laundry/mud room contains a large capacity LG steam washer and dryer, built in ironing board, steamer, clothes folding table, and storage for boots and coats or whatever else. Nearby is a powder bath with a single vanity, toilet, and shower. There is a total of 4 laundry/mud rooms on the west wing. 

I cut Henry off “will we be touring the other wings”? 

“No ma’am, that will be a choice of the fellas, for now I will do as asked and show you all the west wing” trust me you’ll be tired of me talking about it all soon enough. He chuckled. 

Now the Lower Level 

2 stairwells behind the fireplace leads to the lower level of The Wrens’ Nest. In the middle of the lower level space is a game room with a reclining leather couch, two reclining leather chairs, and two swivel chairs facing the entertainment center. You also have a 55” flat screen high definition TV, DVD player, Play Station 5, and Xbox one and numerous books, magazines, movies, children’s videos, board games, and puzzles. I smiled it was cozy here even for what looked like a man cave.

The game room has a full wet bar with a sink, undercounter refrigerator and storage. Also have a large game table with seating for 6. The room opens onto a covered porch that runs the length of the house and provides fantastic beach views. The water was so beautiful, and so blue.

Three bedrooms and three baths complete the lower level. One bedroom has a king bed and private bath with a walk in shower, double vanity, and sliding doors opening onto the deck.  Another bedroom has a queen bed and a wall of windows overlooking the beaches, The third bedroom was what Henry called a  “bear room” with two double beds. The queen room and bear room share a spacious bath with double vanity and tub/shower combination.

Now to the Decks and Porches 

Outdoor living is wonderful in Puerto-Rico summer, and fall. On the main level, we have three decks: a large grilling deck with a large gas grill and a metal awning; a covered porch with 8 comfy rockers and dining table for 30; and the spacious rear deck with teak rockers, high bar table with swivel chairs, and a hot tub for over a dozen. In the summer and fall, we load up the humming bird feeders and set them on the deck railing. The charming little bird a seem to have grown used to us and hover right in front of us while we enjoy their humming noises.The Puerto Rican emerald they’re beautiful Henry said with a smile you’ll have to see for yourselves. On the lower level is another deck, covered by the upper deck, and a spacious and relaxing spot to read or snooze in the shade. A stairway leads from this space down to our sloping rear eight acres. I was in awe as we went around getting the grand tour I was so tired my body was screaming for a hot shower. I decided to turn in for the night, Alicia smiled okay but meet me back in the extra space we’re going to have a sleep over. I sighed looking at Alicia relieved that she knew me so well! Okay give me 30 minutes!  As we ran our separate ways hopping in our showers I turned my speakers on and turned my music up loud downing my thoughts, trying to stop thinking about Dom he was so sexy his body his smile just everything. I listened to the music singing along so I would stop thinking about Dom. “What is he to me”? Is he my boyfriend or just my friend I’m not sure I was so frustrated at not knowing what he wanted from me.

Ooh, you worthy, you…” 30 minutes later I was out of the shower and wrapped in a towel, drying my body and wrapping the towel back around me I walked out into my room to get dressed. Only to come face to face with Dominance, it was like he couldn’t or wouldn’t look away. And apart of me didn’t want him too.
