Harry met up with Aldo back in their suite at the hotel. The Italian was packing his bags for his flight to Rome. Aldo teased Harry about going home with Veronica, and he shot back, “You know, I’ve been paranoid about your motives all along. But now I’m thinking maybe you’re just a professional matchmaker. Did you set me up for a second time?”
“Of course I set you up with this Lindbrook lady! But it was to get her advice, penetrate her network. The other kind of penetration was not in the plan. I hope, for our sake, you did okay!”
