Chapter 11It was Ryan’s turn to take a week away from the apartment, and Jasper has not been coping well. He understands Ryan needing space. In fact, he’s not so sure he is ready to fully confront things, either. He’d gone from being afraid of what kissing Ryan means to him, to being afraid that it mightn’t mean the same to Ryan. Not a fan of feeling this kind of anticipation, Jasper is absolutely desperate to get some kind of clarity.
Tonight, they have the honor of performing at a large event. A crowded, busy environment isn’t everyone’s idea of safe and comfortable but, to Jasper, this is the perfect place to steal a moment with Ryan. There would be so much going on they’d likely be able to disappear unnoticed, unlike at work or at home.
