Suffocating inside the demon’s stifling grasp, Vanessa struggled like a fish out of water, scratching and clawing at the hand which was choking the life out of her. She felt dizzy as blood oozed out of her nostrils and her lips turned a shade of blue. Eventually, her limbs went limp and she passed out. Andras constricted his fingers around her throat, crushing her vocal cord. David tried to lift the demon’s foot but it was as immovable as a boulder. “It’s futile to struggle.” Andras looked down and pressed his foot firmly on David’s face, making him scream in agony as he was sandwiched between the hard concrete roof and the weight of the demon’s leg.
