CHAPTER 4
Joop watched on as Ian shifted and ran to the tiger, crying, "Colby! Oh God, Colby! Shift baby.
Shift for me."
Fearing for the person Ian seemed to be so worried about, Joop tentatively asked, "Is he alright?"
Colby did as Ian asked and shimmered back to his human form, as Ian nodded and replied, "I think so. He just needs a few minutes to gather himself."
Colby rasped, "What the f**k happened to Herb and where is Jimmy? Is Mary all right?"
Ian kissed Colby as he waved someone over, saying, "Mary's fine. Jimmy freaked out when Joop cut off Herb's head and ended up falling out of the cave to the bottom of the falls."
"Joop cut off Herb's head?" Colby gasped.
Nodding, Ian smiled, saying, "Yeah, we got lucky."
Mary quickly broke free from Joop and raced towards Ian and Colb
