temporary situations

well we are still here in this facility, we aren't any closer to saving my parents.

the only change is that we have be separated from each other, isolated us for months we stayed in dark and gloomy rooms with nothing to do aside from go mad and feel guilty for dragging Cassie and Fred here for leading those guards to our home.

suddenly the doors open the light blinding me they didn't even give a chance to acclimate they took me to a lab. they took blood samples, fingerprints and scanned my face when they were done they took me to the others and boy was I glad to see people like breathing walking and talking people I was thrilled I started hugging Cassie and Fred and a few other people that I honestly didn't know.

Cassie: Nadia, my God it's good they finally let you out .

Nadia: Cassie what do you mean how long have you been out.

Fred: it's been a month now actually and we were worried sick that maybe something happened to you.

Nadia: yeah something happened, I was going mad, talking to myself the works. I am so glad you guys are ok.

Cassie: yeah ,no aside from the obvious fact that they are doing illegal stuff and that they suck this place is actually cool and some of our friends, our family are here. Nadia meet Brodie, Amanda,Alex and the twins Fae and Rae.

Nadia: hello it's nice to meet you guys.

everyone was nice welcomed me and everything but this one guy just didn't care he was rude and he mostly kept to himself and his friend Alex and I felt hurt that displayed those emotions when I was introduced, but I will not let him or his problems affect me but then he pulled Cassie aside and I overheard their conversation.

Cassie: what's up bro.

Brodie: dare I asked who she is or why you brought a civilian here. she will expose us and our identities and what were you guys thinking.

Cassie: Brodie, first of all she has a name and it's Nadia. you know your my brother right and you know that I wouldn't have pushed for this but her parents were the ones who risked their lives providing for us and the rest of the ashborn food to eat and they have been captured she was just on her way to safe them when we derailed her.

Brodie: still it's very risky, just don't expect me bright eyed and bushy tailed around her. nothing changes

Cassie: I'd expect nothing more from you.

Nadia: hey Cassie your missing out on alot back there with the twins, they are hilarious.

I had to intervene I just couldn't stand there and listen to what he had to say about me I mean he doesn't even know me yet I really don't understand. then the craziest thing happened on our way to the rest.

Cassie: Nadia, I like the twins but you need to watch yourself around them. they are great and nice. but that can change in an instant and they have questionable qualities.

Nadia: sure... ok so what was that all about

Cassie: who Brodie? it was nothing he was just wondering if there's any update from the elders back home.

Nadia: so you told him that we actually snuck out and the elders don't know that we are here.

Cassie: can you keep that between us you know my brother Brodie is just.... he just needs time to adjust. I'll tell him eventually.

Nadia: ok then, let's go they are waiting.
