Clara's POV
"Have you asked the security personnel?"
"Not yet", Ruby replied, avoiding my eyes.
It was no surprise that she was battling with an overwhelming feeling of guilt. I would be too if I was in her shoes. But, I couldn't find it in me to comfort her with my words. I wanted her to feel as shitty as I was currently feeling.
"Where's Gretchen?"
"She's asking some people if they've seen Nico."
The security personnel manning the CCTV cameras were less than glad to see us. His lips were set in a firm line and his brows seemed to be permanently placed as a frown.
