DOMINIC’S POV
“They are breaking down the walls! We are being attacked from the South!”
Breaking down the walls? I wondered. What psychos really thought they could break down the great walls of Silver Fang?
“Light the stones on fire and launch them over the walls and drop it on them, now!”
The massive trebuchets were set up by the guards and heavy stones were lifted and placed on the strong, wooden pouch. I watched them pour petrol on it and placed two sticks of fire next to it. It took a few seconds, but a sizzling fire latched onto the stone and the next second, it was flying in the air. I heard loud shouts of terror beyond the walls and nodded to myself.
“Again! Again!”
They repeated the process three more times until the hammering on the walls suddenly stopped. Frozen
