The first and second are clear… any object within the range shall be preserved as new under the goddess light…
The third is a somewhat curse or a punishment for those whom are “Evil” to be weighed by their own taboo…
Does that mean any evil person shall be weighed down? No.
Then what? What is considered evil in the eyes of the saint? To know about that… you need to only read the theocracy of the goddess solaria’s religion….
“No darkness shall be spared by the eternal light; no evil shall be kept unwashed by the goddess light”
