It had rained again and the fog got thicker than the last time. My poor car gets muddy and it will need a good car wash soon. We drove silently still not shooting Jeff with questions in my mind. But too bad because silence is deafening to me sometimes. I looked up to Jeff who concentrate his eyes to the road. "Mind explaining to me what's going on a while ago?" I started. "Well to start, Cristian and Tiana were like childhood sweetheart." He said. No wonder. But it’s too hard to imagine that Tiana and Cristian were a couple once. I mean, with Tiana's bad attitude? "Really? They looked like they hate each other now." I said still intrigued. The way Cristian look at her and the way Tiana speak to him; it only portraits hatred. Jeff made a nod. "Kind of. Tiana was once a kind girl who is loved by everyone back then she became---" "A bitch." I finished his sentenced. Jeff nod his head again in approval. What changed Tiana? I wondered. "I don't know what happened to them. Cristian need to go away and Tiana was just...broken. She's fulfilling her dream though." He said. "What's her dream?" I asked. "To be an actress. Now she's a model and they said that an agency was very interested on her." Jeff answered and then I realized something. Smarty little Sofia! That's why she is so angry at me because I broke her nose. Now I am feeling guilty. I should've control myself. I sighed and leaned on the seat. Then a question popped on my head. "Jeff, why is Blaze wearing shades all the time?" I asked and he went stiff. He looked at me then open his mouth but no words came out. He looked back to the road again as he cleared his throat. He doesn't like to answer my question. "Well, uh, it's not my part to tell." He said finally and that made me even curious. Not his part to tell, ha? I frowned and looked out of the window. It starts raining. Little drops became heavy ones. As I scan my eyes through the woods I saw something, a shadow. It was running with the speed of my jeep. Though I can't clearly see what it is because of the thick fog. Determine, as always I am, I get near to the window and focused my eyes to the running shadow. It seems to get bigger and bigger and nearer and nearer to us. My eyes widen when I realize what it is and what it supposed to do. I turned to Jeff and about to warn him but it was too late. It throws itself to the side of my car that cause the jeep to rock. The car started to go around because of the impact. Jeff is trying to control the wheel but no to avail. I screamed as tears fell to my cheek. Oh my god! I'm going to die! I'm going to die! Is this going to be the last day of my life? Stop, you i***t! You're not going to die! My subconscious shouted at me. Then the car was clashed to a tree that made the stop. The impact was very strong and it almost throw me away if I didn't wear my seat belt. However, the car was wreck. The door beside me was opened by force. The glass was broken and it came flying to us. Some sink to my arms, my stomach and a little piece to my head. God, I think I am in a worst situation ever in my life. I groan in pain and my vision started to blur but I still need to stay awake. A low growl was heard and it was coming from just beside to my car. I turned my head to see who it was. It was a huge grey wolf growling at me and standing to its glory. This was the one I saw before in our yard. Now it caused my second accident and much worst. What does it need? I think I'm going crazy enough to think that a wolf needs something to me. I slowly reached and wear off my seat belt. I began to get out of the car and I fell on the muddy ground. I groaned as it hit my wounds sinking the glass deeper to my flesh. I laid there being soak to the mud and the rain washed the blood away. I gazed at the grey wolf as it shows its sharp teeth to me. Is this going to be the end of me? I knew that it will bite me now as I closed my eyes but nothing came. There were no more pain other than the wounds I have because of the glass. I opened my eyes again and green eyes meet mine but they're not looking at me directly. "Blaze." I murmured and I welcomed the darkness to me. Blaze's PoV: "Blaze." My name was her last word before everything was quite. Her heart beat slower than normal. I'm guessing that she already passed out after she said my name. All I can smell from her is blood. She was hurt badly and I felt glass when I hold her arm. If only I could see her then I can help her more. "Ric! Tyler!" I shouted and I heard them rushed to my side. "Alpha, the rogue is dead." Ric said and another scent of blood linger on the air. I nod at him. "Take Jeff out of the car. Tyler, take care of the rogue's body and tell every warrior that I want them to guard the boarders. Find if that rogue have a companion." I command and even if I can't see them; I knew they nod and will obey. Their scents wear off; means they already did their job. "Now, take our mate before she dies!" My wolf gruff. "She is not our mate! How many time do I have to tell that!" I huffed and block him out. I don't have time to argue to him. I carefully carry Sofia's body easily. She's small and weightless. I run as fast as I could into our mansion. Damn! Don't die on me Sofia!
