It felt like my whole crushed...my life is over.,.I sat on Ashley porch and cried...praying I was giving one last chance ...I could feel my whole body shaking..I didn’t want to leave..I wanted to explain everything to Ashley if I was giving one more chance..fortunately my patience paid off..I was still outside the porch..wallowing..when Becky came out of the apartment...

“Woah..Phoebe you scared me..we thought you left..Becky said

“No no no..did Ashley call for me..I can explain everything..I said

“Phoebe..she’s still broken...I really didn’t expect it from you

“That’s the thing Becky..I wasn’t my self ..I can’t rewind time but I can’t make up for it...

Becky sighed

“Am all ears talk to me...Becky said as she sat next to me...

I explained everything the had happen between me and Damon...how I wanted to leave him..how I felt towards him abs how I wanted to make this right because of Ashley

“Wow..you guys have been into each other for months ...wow...Becky said

I walked to the bus stop..drying up my tears ..I grabbed a cab to get me back home..the ride back home was devastating..if only I never meet Damon...if only I didn’t desire and lust for Damon..I wished in my mind I could start everything all over again...

Soon I was at my apartment...I paid the cab driver off and I was about walking into my apartment when I got an incoming call from Derrick...

I wasn’t able to finish up my sentence when the call hunged up..tears rolled down my eyes..my life all around is finally messed..Derrick hates me now..I am now officially a loner..

I slowly walked into my apartment...layed on my bed and cried on my pillow ..the thoughts of suicide came in my mind..I stared at my phone hoping Derrick will call back any second..but he didn’t..

I closed my eyes and slowly dozed off...

The streets of New York was back to live..I was awoke my the tender morning breeze and the sounds of the morning chirping birds...

I didn’t feel any better...I woke up even feelings worst..my eye were swollen...I had a mild headache and body pain...

I grabbed a cup of tea. And shut my windows..I didn’t want to see the day light..I made sure my room was very dark..I had no intention to leave for work ....I didn’t know what to do but working isn’t gonna help me ..I sipped my tea and I watched some movies...I was soon interrupted when I got a call from Becky..

Becky sighed

?:I know Phoebe I am working in it..Ashley didn’t sleep through the night..she kept thinking about God knows what...

I continued with my movies in depression..Becky was the only one giving me hope..she hoped I would return to the troop..I was soon interrupted when I heard a knock on my door..:

I walked down to the door..and peep through the peep hole but I just saw bunch of flowers..I opened up to see who it was and surprisingly it was Derrick who I thought hated me now

“Hello gorgeous..Derrick said as he gave me the flowers..

“What’s going on..I asked confused and curious on what going on...

He smiled

“Can I come in ..Derrick said

“Yeah sure..you can ..I said as I left Derrick in..I walked Derrick to my room ..we sat on my bed to chit chat

“Derrick..what’s going on..you’re scaring me..are you like doing a show with hidden cameras on you..

He chuckled

“Well after hearing that news from you..I was so mad at first..so I thought about it..it might not be your fault..I regretted hanging up on you..I rushed back from the family trip to check on you..I don’t want you alone in this kind of situation ..I don’t want suicidal thoughts running through your mind..

“You are right Derrick..I did thought of ending my life last night...does this mean you forgive me...

Derrick and I took a walk down together down to streets...Derrick company made me feel better...I felt alive and didn’t even remember what I was passing through...

Soon time was fast spent...it was already getting a bit late..Derrick decided to say his good bye..

“Anytime..I’ll be leaving now...pack you things up when you get home..I’ll be bringing your visa while am coming to pick you up..ok??...

I waved at Derrick as he left..he really made my day..I walked back home with a smile on my face...I got home to after the long walk...I decided to call Marcel on my vacation...to let him run the shop while I was gone

We hunged up...I felt a bit relieved knowing Marcel would handle my business...if he didn’t do anything crazy...perhaps Derrick was right...what I needed was a vacation to calm my tension...I felt relieved knowing Derrick was on my side...knowing he still loves me...perhaps we might have a bright future together...

?THE NEXT DAY?

Today’s the day I get a free vacation...a day I won’t worry about anything...a day I will have a peaceful mind...I was awoken by my alarm by 5:30am...I woke up made a warm cup of tea and packed my few clothes...I was thrilled to go to Paris for the first time...

I packed all my necessary things ..soon I was ready...I soon got a text from Derrick ..

?AM IN MY LIMOUSINE ARE YOU READY?

I rushed out of my apartment making sure everything in my house were shut ...I rushed out to meet Derrick..

“Good morning beautiful...you ready for the trip...

We laughed...

I entered the limousine..and soon we were on the road..,

“Have you ever been to Paris before...Derrick asked me

“Nah...I haven’t...it’s my dream country tho...I said smiling

“CANT wait for us to make memories in Paris...Derrick said holding my hands...

I smiled at him...Derrick had a good way of sweet talking his way into my heart..his smile also works with him while he plays his card...I was starting to get used to Derrick...

Soon we were at the airport...our luggage’s were scanned and we got in first due to our first class pass...

“Wow...I have never been in a first class...I said admiring the beauty of the plane ✈️

“This is just a tip ...wait till we get going...you won’t want to get down...he said teasing me...

Derrick and I had our sit on a very soft chair that looked like a massage chair...the plane soon took off...we were advised to put on our seats belt..part me was so scared when it took off...I had to hold Derrick hand while it took off..Derrick chuckled at me...

The ride to Paris was so cool...the waiter attended to us in a lovely manner ..our food was well dished..it was so perfect...Derrick made sure I enjoyed my self to the fullest...

In some hours we were at Paris...the plane ✈️ landed and the first class as usual got out of the plane first...I inhaled the fresh breeze of Paris..

“I can see you’re enjoying yourself already...Derrick said

“You bet...this place looks lovely...

“Wait till we get to our hotel you’re gonna love it...

“I can’t wait...

“But first let’s go to a restaurant first...Derrick said

Derrick and I entered a cab to the restaurant...the restaurant had a nice view it was not far from the Eiffel Tower ...the view was perfect...

“Derrick I love this view...I wish we could get to the top of the Eiffel Tower...I said

“Slow down girl...we do one thing after the other...Derrick said smiling...

We ordered our food and our food soon came...the food was so different and delicious than New York’s...it was spicy and delicious...Derrick and I ate to the fullest and later head to an arcade game...

Derrick and I had fun to the fullest ..we were soon interrupted when Marcel called me...

“Who’s that...Derrick asked..

“Oh it’s Marcel...I guess he wants to tell me about business...give me one min...

We hunged up...a smiled beamed on my face...I was so thrilled knowing Ashley came asking after me...I decided to stay positive ...perhaps she might want to hear me out...

“Oh no...I hope she came to forgive me or hear me out..

“Let’s stay positive...we shouldn’t give up...it’s getting late let’s head to our hotel..,

Derrick was right I needed to stay positive...that’s my only way of passing through this mess..We stopped a cab to get us to our hotel..the ride was so fun and cool..the view in Paris were so beautiful..the houses were so tall the Eiffel Tower was glowing with a lights all over it...it was getting kinda dark...the night view in Paris was so perfect...

We soon got to our hotel...the hotel was so gigantic like a mansion...most hotel in New York are mostly a sky scraper..

“Wooooooww...Derrick how did you find this place...this place looks like celebrity only hotel...

“Well good for you...I am a celebrity...Derrick said teasing me...

I chuckled...

We grabbed our luggage ? out of the cab...Derrick paid the taxi driver off and we entered into the beautiful hotel...

The interior design were so beautiful..there was a gold statue in the middle of the hotel...Derrick and I walked to the receptionist table to get our room key...

“Hello ma’am...I booked a room here...with the name of Derrick Lawson...Derrick said

“Oh the Lawson family...I love your show...here is your room key...the receptionist said

We were about leaving when I heard a voice calling my name...I recognize it but I couldn’t quite figured out who it was...the person kept coming forward towards Derrick and I...

And surprisingly it was Damon...

“I should ask you that..I thought you said you’re going off to New Orleans...
