Group Leader

Jennifer sat alone pensively in one of the shady tree trunks. Jims' death has deepened the wound in Jennifer's heart. Justin said that surveillance cameras caught the shadow of a man who infiltrated the secret island. Only Max can do it. He must have gone after Jims and killed him. Because, Jims must have received instructions about their organization while being detained there. Therefore Max needs to kill the Jims and make sure that all their secrets are safe.

Jennifer hates and holds a grudge against Max. Jennifer's entire family was killed by Max. Jennifer hopes Janeth is alive and well. Maybe Janeth managed to escape after finding out who Max really was. But Janeth didn't know where to go. Janeth must be looking for Jennifer. If only that time they met Janeth might be with him right now.

Jennifer saw her reflection in the puddle of rain. Jennifer just remembered that her face had changed. Jennifer also realized that Janeth and anyone who had ever known her would think Jennifer was dead. So, if Janeth met later, she would not recognize Jennifer. Wouldn't even believe that she was Jennifer.

Jennifer took a deep breath. Thinking of all that only made Jennifer's chest feel tight. Jennifer will not be able to bear the burden of feelings of grief and pain plus revenge on a man who Jennifer still likes. Jennifer nodded a third time. France was silent. Now Frans knew what made Jennifer sad.

"Thank you," Jennifer replied.

Frank just smiled. "At first I doubted you were not a soldier. Then after seeing all your abilities you must have been trained very well. You are not a soldier but you have been trained better than them," said Frans.

"Father has taught me many skills since childhood. I used to be mute, with the abilities that I have, dad hopes to help me in difficult times when dad is no longer by my side," said Jennifer. The person in question was actually Steven, but Frans assumed the father in question was Jims.

"All candidates for international secret agents are asked to gather in the hall," said the loudspeaker.

"For the name of the group. You can see it on the bulletin board. You yourself will determine the leader of your respective group. And as usual, the selection of group leader is based on the majority vote of group members." Michael added.

Everyone understands. They have been used to doing that since school. No problem with that.

"This grouping also applies during training. From time to time we will hold competitions between groups so that you don't get bored while practicing in this place. The purpose of this activity is so that you can work well together in a team. Because international secret agents are world organizations . Being able to work together in a team is one of the requirements in this organization." Michael added again. "Please look for your respective groups. The number of groups will not be the same depending on your luck."

Everyone started moving towards the bulletin board. Meanwhile Jennifer just sat on the floor waiting for the crowd to subside. Jennifer didn't know who the group would be with, it was clear that whatever practice Jennifer had to do her best.

"It turns out that we are a group," said Frans. Several people also went with him. Now there are four of them. Frans, Bastian and Leo. One less person.

Jennifer and Frans waited for one more member. But until everyone had found the members no one came.

"Are you sure there are five of us?" Jennifer asked.

"I'm pretty sure," said Fran.

Leo nodded. "This woman is also very famous like Jennie. This woman's name is..."

Suddenly there was the sound of approaching footsteps. Everyone turned towards the voice. Everyone confirmed that one of their members was beautiful too. But only Jennifer was very surprised and confused by the appearance of this woman at the training ground of aspiring international secret agents.

"Hi everyone. My name is Janeth. I'm your member and I've only been here for two days," Janeth said.

"I already know. You don't have to be so friendly to me," Frans said, mimicking what Janeth had said to Jennifer earlier. Frans did intend to repay Janeth's attitude towards Jennifer.

Realizing that Frans was defending Jennifer, Janeth's attitude went awry.

"I chose you to be the group leader," Janeth said to Frans.

"I chose Jennifer," said Frans.

"I chose Janeth," Leo said.

"I chose Frans," said Janeth. Now Bastian's choice will determine who deserves to be chairman.

"Actually I like Frans and Jennie. But..."

Everyone is waiting.

"I just choose Frans," said Bastian.

"Good choice," Jennifer said with a smile.
