Jennifer stayed close to Steven. The two of them had been in their hiding place for an hour. But no one appeared in that place. Luckily Jennifer was wearing mosquito repellent lotion. So that no mosquitoes dare to bite Jennifer's skin.
"Are you sure this is the place you mean?" asked Jennifer.
"Of course. I rarely make mistakes," said Steven.
Jennifer chuckled at Steven's arrogance.
"As the saying goes there is no perfect evil, so there is no perfect good. Because perfection is part of imperfection," Jennifer whispered.
Steven didn't answer. But before he could say anything, the light of the lamp dazzled Jennifer and Steven.
"What are you doing? Glare," said Steven, pulling Jennifer's body closer to his.
"Who are you? What are you doing here," said the person in good English. It seems they are also not local people.
"We are tourists. Because the scenery here is beautiful so we..."
The lights are off. Jennifer could see two tourists. One is pale white and the other is brown. They stared intently at Jennifer and Steven.
"Are you cops?" asked one of the two.
"Police?" Steven was surprised. "We are building a relationship. As an anniversary we came to this country."
"Is it true?" another asked. This time to Jennifer.
"Sure. What do you think we're doing. We'll just go. Random talk and accusations. Don't be like that fellow tourists," Jennifer grumbled as she got up and left.
"Honey, wait! Let's find another place. How about that?" Steven asked, putting his arm around Jennifer's waist.
"Don't want to."
"Come on. Don't ruin our beautiful night. Just ignore them," said Steven seducing Jennifer.
The two men looked at him suspiciously. Meanwhile Jennifer and Steven are still pretending to be a couple.
"You're sure they're a couple," said the brown-skinned man.
"I'm not so sure. But if they did they would make a perfect match. Could it be that you're right if they were spies?" said the pale-skinned man. The two chatter sounded in Steven and Jennifer's ears.
"When you're angry, you're more beautiful. Look at me," said Steven, holding Jennifer's hands. Jennifer is forced to follow Steven's game.
"Tonight I have promised to make you happy. On this beautiful island of Bali I will make every second we spend very meaningful. Don't be angry," Steven said then kissed Jennifer on the lips gently in front of the people who were watching them both .
"Why are you guys still here! Hurry up and leave!" Eventually one of the two previous men shooed Jennifer and Steven away. The opportunity was not wasted. At the same time a freight car arrived. Steven coded Jennifer to leave immediately and hide in a safe place. Looks like the car is carrying something suspicious.
Jennifer was stalking again. Steven was busy looking into the surveillance binoculars. Turns out they took down a lot of big boxes.
"Prepare your weapons, Jennie. I'm sure the person who is our target is in the box," said Steven.
"Are you sure!?!" Jennifer was surprised. How is it possible for humans to live in cardboard boxes for a very long time.
"Of course. They don't stay in the box for long. When the opportunity arises they come out of a door that is made on the side of the box and of course can only be opened from above."
Jennifer was silent. Still doesn't make sense.
After the cardboard is lowered. The truck leaves. Several people came closer. They opened the box quickly. It wasn't anything like Steven had expected. The contents of the cardboard are merchandise from a shop not far from the place. Jennifer immediately failed to take out the hidden weapon while looking at Steven.
"We'd better go home. I don't think the information we've got is accurate."
Steven didn't answer. Only this time it failed. Usually the information provided by people he trusts is always accurate.
"Okay," said Steven. This time Steven didn't argue. Finally they both walked to where the car was parked.
Jennifer immediately got into the car. Steven also sat behind the wheel. He was busy checking his cellphone and again looking at the map given by the person who gave him the information. Still, it was the location that Steven's confidant had mentioned.
"How? Are we in the wrong location?" asked Jennifer.
Steven shook his head. Indeed, this place was appointed by my confidant. He is never wrong and always accurate. He wouldn't side with them either. Because his father is a policeman.
Jennifer thought seriously. "Looks like when I opened the box and checked things out, I saw something suspicious," said Jennifer.
"What?" asked Steven curiously.
Jennifer was silent. Recalling something that was seen before. Suddenly someone knocked on Steven's side door. When the glass was opened it turned out to be the pale man before.
"Get out of here," said the man.
Steven apologized and immediately started the car. The two of them went from that place to a more convenient location.
"Do you think the person we're looking for didn't come here," Jennifer said.
"I thought so too. But I'm also curious what you saw earlier."
Jennifer smiled faintly. Actually Jennifer just misfocused.
"Let's go home. You must be tired," said Steven.
"You're right. Because I'm tired I can't say anything and can't think anymore," Jennifer said.
Steven immediately turned the car around and drove Jennifer to the hotel. After that, Steven immediately went to meet his trusted person and asked for clarification. Meanwhile Jennifer immediately lay down on the soft mattress. It didn't take long for Jennifer to fall asleep.
Steven immediately met Marcus. Local youth who became his confidant. Marcus works as a tourist guide and already has an official license as a trusted guide. The beginning of meeting Steven and Marcus began when Marcus accidentally became a guide for criminals who had fled to Bali. Marcus is trapped and almost killed lucky Steven manages to save him. Since then Marcus has become Steven's confidant as a spy in charge of providing information.
"Why are you here?" asked Marcus who was surprised to see Steven. "You should be at that place," Marcus said again.
"I've been there. But there's nothing but a freight car and two men..."
"Pale-white and brown," Marcus guessed.
"How do you know?"
"The two of them were Tommy's orders. The items in the boxes were wrapped similar to those sold in stalls, even though the contents were laboratory chemicals," said Marcus. "Tonight the goods have been delivered."
Steven immediately got into the car. He carries a rifle that can be used over long distances.
