Fortunately , when we got to Dominic's family home , there is no one there other than the cleaning staff , as it would have been quite embarrassing if they had seen me in the state in which I arrived , in addition to that it would surely have raised many suspicions and uncomfortable questions I am not in the mood to answer , much less Dominic who is very worried about his mother.
My phone is still off when I open my eyes the next morning , after having slept for over twelve hours straight , and looking at the nightstand next to the bed , I see that there is a handwritten note from Dominic that says:
" I went to the hospital to see my mother , I didn't want to wake you up , your mother called a couple of hours ago and she was quite worried , so I told her that you were here
