Never in Joanna's world did she think Alex will make such decision,she's not sure if she should be happy or sad but she tread the unknown.she is willing to know what Alex have in store for her,she can't just resign from her newly found job after many months of looking for job.

"Good morning Mrs Smith"Joanna greeted.

"I assume you are ready to resume at Mr Earhart's company.

"yes ,I will resume there anytime you want me to"Joanna replied reluctantly

"good!,so you should resume there today! I have actually suggested other staff that have quite a better understanding about my company but he insisted on you,it is better you comport yourself "she warned

Joanna gasp after hearing what Mrs Smith said.

"of course,I will be of my best behavior since I know am representing the company "

Joanna walk into alliance cooperation limited with her heart pounding like the olden days drum.she tighten her hold on her bag as if the moment she release her hold on the bag, it will disappear.

" miss rays,we have been expecting you, thought you won't make it but you did,this way please"Alex's bodyguard Nathan said while scrutinizing Joanna, she force a smile.

"this elevator is only for the CEO, nobody is allowed to take it,there are other elevator for staff or you take the stairs Nathan explains.....and this is your desk, while that is the CEO office, because you have now become his personal assistant. he said while he points at the door opposite Joanna.

"okay thanks...."offloading her belongings she notices something beeping near her..

oh! it a Telecom,.."To my office now"Alex voice came out of the telecom.

shocked!she stand up and walk to the door that wrote CEO office.

with her heart in her mouth,she knock

"come in,miss rays first ...I don't tolerate indolent attitude and since you are representing your company.it is best for you to adhere to my own company rules and regulations.

secondly...I will want you as my personal assistant to be smart ,I don't want a clumsy person working for me .

"any problem? Alex ask with a smile playing on his lips.

"yes!,there is a problem,why are you after my life?" Joanna said angrily

"oh now am Joanna not miss rays,what I said is what I mean,why are you after my life?Alex why? Joanna replied looking indignant.

"I should be the one asking you that question after what you did to abort my dreams"he shouted looking cross.

Joanna look down to her feet and murmur"am sorry,I really did nt know it w....,miss rays get to work,Alex said while he turn his back to her..not allowing her to finish her sentence.

"am really s...., Joanna trys to apologize to him again but was interrupted with a knock.

"come in,miss rays you are dismiss, grace what going on"

"Mr Earhart,the conference meeting holds in 15 mins,she said walking seductively towards Alex, totally ignoring Joanna that walk out of the office.

"Grace I already told you, when ever you are talking to me ,you should not talk with your nose ,speak professionally.and starting from today ,my personal assistant will be the one informing me of the meetings "he said ignoring her almost expose cleavages.

"oh! you finally got yourself a P.A,why did you have to choose a female,and even if you need a female assistant that should be me not her!,Alex you know am working in your company because of you.she said pouting.

"Grace I really don't have enough time to start a debate with you right now, please use the door "

Grace murmur to herself while she works out of the door.

Grace marshall is the only child of Mr and Mrs marshall, Alex business partner and also a shareholder in his company.she fell in love with him,develop feelings for him at her father's banquet,and since then have been hooking herself to him.she believes he will eventually call for her ,but unknowingly to her the new personal assistant is a threat to her new found love.
