Anna was reading the work ethic, when her phone rang. It shocked her cos every where was noise less then the sound of her phone ringing disrupt her quiet time.

“Unknown number who could it be ”.

I’m not picking an unknown callers call.

She continued reading but this caller is hell-bent on talking to her.

Who is this that won’t let me be. I’m not picking this call if he is determined in calling me I’m set on not answering him.

The mystery call stopped calling.

I think he got the memo that I’m quite strong headed.

Why do I feel connected to her, I feel like I need to know her more. Like she is meant to be in my life. The only person I want to ever feel anything for is Erica.

But I still find myself bugging Xavier for her number and calling her multiple times. I don’t understand this feeling. I am really confuse about all this and Erica is not helping matters. She make me feel unloved.

I have been call her since she posted on her IG that she is France. I texted her on all social media platform but she is not responding and she is always online

I need to have a discussion with my secretary but that can wait till Monday the main issue is going to that party tomorrow that I know is certainly a trap to introduce me to her friends daughter or nieces

I dread going there already I need to looo for an alternative.

Maybe I should call my friends group video call . they might have an idea on how to beat my mother in her own game.

So back to the discussion my mom is inviting me for her barbecue party tomorrow, but I know it’s another trap to introduce me to one of her friends daughter.

Me:very bad the once I have seen her all snubs and very rude you can’t have a simple conversation with them without them bragging.

Xavier:is that not how Erica is always talking about herself and her trips. I don’t even know how you cope with her.

Me: please I need your advice on how I will survive tomorrow with out talking to any of those girls.

Desmond: just tell her you have a business meeting tomorrow that you can’t make it

Me: that would have been the perfect excuse if she had not call my secretary before calling me

Xavier: your mom has always been xtra.“I have an idea why don’t you go there with a girl as you date?" That will have her off your back.

Desmond:that is not a bad idea but we both know the only girl in is life is Erica so where is he to get a girl to go on a date with.

Xavier:I know the perfect girl for this.

Me: hey why are both talking like I’m not here.

Xavier: you asked for our help so stop whining for attention.
