Gavin realized he had been turned on by what Arianna did and his Mr buddy is getting erected. He signaled a waiter and asked him to call Arianna. Arianna was called and she wondered why Gavin had called her. She left Nora and went to meet Gavin. Gavin stooded up immediately and grabbed her hand and dragged her along.
He had asked Zane if there was a room in the club. Zane had texted him where the room was thinking Gavin was bored and tired and needed some rest. They got to the room, Gavin quickly unlocked the door and put up the "do not disturb" sign on the door. He shut the door and locked it, leaving Arianna confused. Gavin removed his jacket and tossed it aside and undid his tie, taking steps closer to Arianna who was taking steps back.
