Alina decided to speak. She changed her voice and said, “Hello, I’m Aria.”
Tom said, “Aria? I don’t know you.”
She said, “I know you, I saw you today at the university… You are Alina’s bodyguard.”
He said, “Yes, how did you get my number?”
Alina said, “I won’t tell you”
He said, “I don’t have time for games, I need to hang up.”
She said, “Wait, when are you free? Tomorrow? Please answer me, I need to talk to someone tomorrow.”
He said, “Alright, if I have time,” and hung up.
The next morning, Emily woke up and was surprised when she didn’t see Nate next to her. She called Nate immediately. As he left the hotel, he answered.
Emily said, “Nate, where are you? I got worried about you.”
Nate said, “I’m at the office… I had a lot of work until midnight so I couldn’t come.”
She said, “You must be tired, come home and rest.”
He said, “Okay, Emily, I love you.”
Emily said, “Me too!” and hung up.
Meanwhile, Nina was coming downstairs.
Emily said, “Nina, where are you going without having breakfast?”
She said, “I’m late,” and ran out. Meanwhile, she bumped into Nate.
Nate said, “Are you okay?”
She said, “Yes,” and left.
Ryan entered the classroom and sat next to Daisy.
Daisy said, “What are you doing here? This isn’t your seat.”
Ryan replied, “From now on, it is. I switched with Eric.”
She said, “Are you serious? Your girlfriend will get jealous.”
The whole class was listening
Ryan said, “Mila is no longer my girlfriend.”
He handed Daisy a flower and said, “A daisy for Daisy.”
Daisy smiled, then came back to her senses and walked away.
Mila was in the cafeteria. She could hear everyone talking about Daisy and Ryan.
One girl said, “He gave her a flower! He even said Mila isn’t his girlfriend anymore!”
She saw Daisy passing by with her food tray and stretched out her leg.
Daisy tripped and fell to the floor.
Everyone was watching.
Daisy lowered her head, and tears began to fall.
Ryan reached out his hand and said, “Are you okay?”
She grabbed his hand and stood up.
Mila was left speechless.
Alina was at the movie set.
Theo said, “Can we talk?”
Tom approached.
Alina said, “Tom, wait… Speak, Theo, what do you want?”
Theo said, “Let’s make a pact: let’s keep our relationship until the movie ends without worrying about people. Then we’ll announce we’ve broken up, and that’s it.”
Alina said, “So you want us to pretend?”
He said, “This is the best for both of us.”
Alina said “Ok let’s do it..”
It was evening.
Alina called Tom again. She had really gotten into Aria’s role.
Tom answered, “It’s you again?”
She said, “Yes, I could hardly wait to talk to you.”
Tom said, “But you never even talk to me.”
Alina said, “Then let’s get to know each other!”
Before they noticed, an hour had passed and they were still talking.
Alina was lying in bed laughing out loud at Tom’s jokes.Both were getting to know different sides of each other.
Tom said, “It really got late. It’s been a while since I talked like this with someone. Sometimes you can talk more freely with someone you don’t know.”
Alina said, “That’s very true. Good night, Tom.”
Nate had fallen asleep on the couch watching the news.
Nina saw him and covered him with a scarf.
Nate woke up suddenly and pulled it away.
They both stayed looking at each other.
Nate said, “Sorry, I thought you were Emily.”
Nina kissed him and quickly left.
Nate was left speechless.
The next day,
Alina was at the university and called Tom.
Tom answered and said, “Aria?”
Alina said, “Yes, I’m looking for you.”
He said, “Are you at the university?”
She said, “Yes, but you can’t find me.”
Tom said, “Why are you so sure?”
Meanwhile, he saw Alina holding the phone.
She was stunned.
Tom said, “Alina… is that you?”
