Oh no this was her worst nightmare

Don't tell her she is stuck with a vampire?

She could feel him extracting her blood comfortably just like kids do when drinking malt from its can.

“Aarh” she winced as it stings just like the bite of a scorpion.

“Please let me go, its hurt” she cried as she tried every possible power in her to push him away but its not working.

She felt her eyes closing on their own while she still try to push him away.

Her weak hand fell to the bed unconsciously as she slump under him with her eyes closed.

Damon quickly pulled out his fangs before he drain all her blood.

He watch her lay on the bed unconsciously.

Even if his birthday will not be celebrated to his satisfaction today, she is enough to make him happy.

The scent of her blood alone, is enough to satisfy him.

Maybe this is the best birthday gift he has ever received all his life.

He brought a human to the castle, the elder may talk but what can they do?, he still remain the crown prince even if he is a twin.

To talk about that his godforsaken twin, he will be returning home today cause it's their birthday.

He stare at her one more time before walking out.

Gryta stand at the balcony enjoying the city view and the fresh air.

“Hey Gryta” Zendaya smiled jolting Gryta to reality.

“Hey,” Gryta smiled too as she turned around to face Zendaya

“Your hair, its shining” Gryta said and Zendaya chuckled.

“How did you know?“ Zendaya asked sitting on Gryta's bed.

“I can feel it” she said smiling as she joined Zendaya on the bed too.

“So what about you?, should I call the servant to dress your hair or I should do it myself” Zendaya ask patting Gryta's hair.

“Um, I would it better if you do it” she smiled and Zendaya smiled and grab her hand, she walk her to the big mirror in the room and sat her down on the chair in front of the mirror.

“Wish I had a purple hair like you” Zendaya admired.

“Common, what about you, you are a white haired witch, everyone always talk about you, and you know only the royal family witches have that, you should be lucky” Gryta cooed and Zendaya blushed.

“Hmm” Zendaya hummed.

“Um..Gryta, Eddy will be coming back today, are you aware of that?“ Zendaya asked.

“Really?“ She asked nervously.

“Yes” Zendaya replied.

“When will he go then?“ she asked.

“He says he might stay for a while, that he is tired of the school environment, so he might just join us too and be attending from the palace.“ Zendaya explained.

“I will be returning to school soon” Gryta cooed.

“Common, Gryta, I still don't get it why you cried the day he left and now you are avoiding him” Zendaya cooed brushing Gryta's long purple hair.

“I can't see but , I don't know how I fell for Eddy, and I think he hàte me, he left the castle cause of me” she said sadly playing with her nails.

“What, why?, I know my brother, he is not the girls type but he can't hàte you, not when you are the vampire Princess, he cabt do that,when we are stayinh under your roof after loosing our home” she defended.

“I can feel love when am close to it and I can also feel hatred, I can feel emotions when am close to any, I never wanted to tell this to any one” she sighed while Zebdaya pat her hair.

“Okay, the day Eddy left, I bump into him earlier but he pushed away asking me to watch it, he was so rude at me, that I start regretting why i am blind, the other day, he clearly told me he hàte my eye color, I just can't be my self when he is around, I rather to go back to school or cover my eyes instead” she explained while Zendaya just sigh in confusion.

“I will look into this, but that shouldn't stop you from smiling today, remember its Damon's and Damien's birthday” she reminding and pinch Gryta's cheeks lightly making her chuckle.

“It's gonna be alright, thank God am not in love yet,cause that shît is a bastàrd” Zendaya chuckled.

“So let check your wardrobe for a cute dress tonight” Zendaya cooed and she just mod with many thing running through her head.

“Make my hair the prettiest, you all know I will be the future queen soon" Viola said as she sat on a chair with her leg on a table while four servants handles her hair.

She is just one of the senior elder daughter who is lucky to find her self in the palace and close to Damon cause of the influence of her father.

She is his childhood friend, one day she got into trouble and Damon saved her, the king ask her to remain in the palace and continue schooling there reason known to him and Damon only, before he died.

Since then she has been flaunting her self around the kingdom calling her self his future wife.

“Make my claws red, I want it red, its will look more sexy,am gonna be on a red sexy robe tonight, Tonight I planned on having him and he will be my first too” she smiled as she sip from the cup of blood in her front.

“But..but…Viola, Prince Damon isn't that easy to get laid” One of the servant said.

“True, since his last lover disappeared mysteriously, he has never make out with any woman again, he just find other unattractive…”

“Shut up, shut the f**k up,I am attractive, and I can get any man I want, no man can resist me,no man can swear that I am not attractive” she gritted cutting the servant off.

“Sorry ma'am” the servant apologized.

“Just the do my hair and shut up, no matter what I say, non of you should say a thing again, be dumb while am talking, am I clear?“ She half yelled and they nod immediately.

“Good” she said rolling her eye ball.

“Wait, I haven't set my eyes on Damon since we return from school last night, did any of you have idea of his wear about?“ She asked but the servant all kept quiet staring at her dumbly.

“Hey, are you guys dumb?“ She gritted angrily.

“No ma'am” one managed to reply.

“Well, I know he will be present tonight, beside I heard those strange creatures finally attack the humans today, tomorrow I would want to go for human hunting” she said and grinned evilly, then her fangs elongated a little.

“I have always want to set my hand on one my self and then drain it's blood with pleasure but since it been long i set my eyes on any, There might be remaining, who knows?, and anyone I set my eyes on won't return, cause it will be mine, mine and mine alone” she said and burst into an evil laughter.

“But ma'am, those strange creatures might be outside too, you know they hunt anything, vampire, werewolves, witches and fairies, that's why the remaining beings are here in the vampire kingdom where they haven't attacked cause it is surrounded by a dark spell made by Eddy and Zendaya” one of the servant cooed.

“I never asked you to narrate all those stories to me, of course I know, and I know how I can get my self out” she said rudely.

“But Viola, if you get caught, you will be suspended in the school of the supernatural and prince Damon might get mad” said another servant.

The prince Damon side weaked her but she quickly put on a stubborn look.

“Say no more, I know what to do with myself” she said rolling her eye ball.

Ashley's eyes flip open and she quickly sit up.

Her eyes brimmed with tears as it dawned on her , everything was not a dream.

Even if she want to get stuck to a supernatural, how can it be a vampire and where the f*”k is this?

It's even night already cause the moon rays flashed into the room making it more brighter than earlier.

Of course its gonna be like this, following them to leave in darkness, cause they are scared of the sun, but no, that not gonna happen, never, cause tonight she is gonna find her way out.

She wanted to leave the bed but the door pull open and a lady walked in.

She move back to the wall in fright.

“Hey, I can feel you're scared, don't be, am not gonna hurt you” the lady said calmly.

She stepped into the moonlight and Ashley gasped.

“How can her eyes be purple, her hair purple also, no doubt her name will be purple lady” she thought as she is lost in staring at Gryta.

“Hey, you are not saying anything,but your heart is beating so fast, don't be scared, am Gryta, you?“ She asked as she sat at the bed edge.

“Ashley” she find her self replying.

“You should remain here and don't come out tonight or you won't see tomorrow, your mundane(human) blood is so strong and your heart beat is so loud,I traced it here” she smiled while Ashley stare at her confused

“Who brought you here?“ She asked.

“I don't know, but he has a dark hair, grey eyes and he don't look like someone who has ever smiled, he has long cute fangs” she said as if she seeing him there”.

Gryta smiled and staring at no where particularly.

“That's Damon, my brother” she smiled and brought out a Long purple blindfold from her clothe.

“Gosh, am gonna be late for the party, I will advise you not to come out, till you are ask to do so, and I will see you tomorrow morning again, cause I think i like you already” she said and stand up as she crawl on the bed moving closer to Ashley leaving few gaps in between them.

Ashley move back as her eyes landed on Gryta's lips, she let out a cute smile revealing her fangs too.

“Here, help me tie this on my eye” she said giving her the blindfold pieces.

“Why?“ Ashley found her self asking.

“Common don't be dumb, am blind” she said chuckling.

“Huh?“ Ashley said shocked, but with the way she has been behaving, she don't look like someone who is blind.

“Hurry, I can hear steps and its that of my brother, I don't want him to meet me here” she rushed and Ashkey quickly nod.

She has a lot of questions she wanted to ask but there is no time, all she has to do is run, run far away from this beings, no matter how nice they are, since you are not one of them, your blood will still end up in their tummy, your body will be feed to their pets.

“Done” Ashley said tying the blindfold for her which make her look more cute.

“Thanks, I know you have a lot of questions to ask but you can save it for tomorrow, I will be here to keep you busy, I promise” she said and placed her hand on her chest reminding Ashley of Brynn.

She kind of look like same age with Brynn.

16 years old.

“Bye mundane, don't forget, your heart beat, work on it, its too loud” she added before leaving.

Ashley look down at her chest.

Its true vampire have the abilities to hear heart beat from afar and could easily detect one's being.

She closed her eyes and take a deep breath, to relaxed her heart beat.

But the door pulled open abruptly revealing the guy who make her pass out twice in one day.

What that his name again?

Damon, yes Damon is the name.

He Stare at her shortly, his grey eyes piercing through her soul, sending cold shivers down her spines, that she can't even dare stare at him back.

“No matter what, don't step a foot out of this room, if you value your life” he said coldly and drop a cake in front of her with an orange juice then a red robe in front of her too.

“That's a bathroom over there” he said pointing hand at the bathroom in the corner of the room, and then he turn to leave without sparing her a glance.

Damon sat on the Royal dining where other royality from different supernatural are sitting, staring hatefully as his replica, his twin, Damien.

“Common you should be happy am back home and it's our birthday, don't give me that stares” Damien said calmly Sipping from his blood wine.

Damon just hissed and look away, he just want this to be over and then space this twin of his, whenever he stare at him, he brings bad memories, so its better he distance him.

Eddy just staring at Gryta coldly while Zendaya just watch them quietly trying to understand what is wrong with her brother.

Ashley stare at the food and look at the locked door, she wanted to ignore the food and find her way outside and then run for her dear life.

But she is damn hungry right now and she need more energy to carry her tiny legs.

She quickly dig on the food, rushing it like she have been starved for days.

She finished the delicious cake and stare at the beautiful red robe in her front.

No one ever told her vampire can bake cakes and make juices too.

Her gaze traveled to the bathroom she showed her earlier and she look at the window then stare at the robe again.

She can't be crazy not to leave here this night, no matter what its takes.

She has to run, run far away and then find her family.

Yes that what she has to do and it had to be right now.

She look around the room and her eyes landed on the curtains.

She quickly run to the window to see the height of the window to the floor.

Lucky for her she used to climb high trees so the height won't scare her.

She quickly tore the curtains and tied it together as she also add the robe and begin to climb down the window.

She finally land on the soft grass that feel so could on her bare feet and she smiled.

She look around to see it a a big castle, she could sight light and people dancing and cheering at a particular side of the castle.

She look around and everywhere seems to be quiet like no beings around there.

“Hah, freedom at last” she said and pick to her heels running as fast as she can heading to wherever her feet is taking her.
