After a while...
"We made lunch earlier but you were still asleep so we didn't call you to join us." Fiona approached Ace's group while carrying a bucket and a soap she got from who knows where.
Tomy beckoned and lead them to the building where the other players were gathered, it was a building which every walls were almost made of fiber glass.
A girl offered a table to them and served the food left for those who still didn't have their meals.
"Who cooked the food?" Jiel asked after tasting it.
"Me. Tastes great, right? Oh, there's no need to tell it, you will just make me feel shy." A girl came from the kitchen and approached the group.
"Her father is a famous chef, she's studying culinary arts in UP, University of the Philippines ." Darell told them, or to be precise, told the two boys since she's sure they also didn't know anything about her.
"How did you know her?" Jiel asked. Darell just rolled her eyes and didn't answer because it was Rona who answered him.
"Oh my! Aren't you reading the documentary about our school every year? Our Culinary Arts department is the first thing everyone will think when people are talking about our school."
"So?"
"Well, I am the face of the culinary art department." She made a prideful smile on her face.
It doesn't matter, that is what Ace thought about her words. Is her status able to take her out from this place? They didn't even know who among the people in this place are the hunters. Ace didn't even mind if he didn't know anyone here.
"Just enjoy the food." She said and then left to somewhere.

Later on, Ace went back to his room first because he has something he needs to get and on his way there, he came across Fiona who's carrying the bloodstained bedsheets.
"Where are you taking it?" He asked.
"I'm going to throw it, it will smell."
The reason why Ace went back to his room was to get the knife under the pillow and join with his friends afterwards.
After he got what he needed to get, he immediately went back to his friends.
"How's your foot?" He asked Jiel once he came back.
"It's okay." Jiel answered and looked at the countdown.
"We should go to a safer place before the countdown turns to 0." He said and they all agreed. They had learnt something from what happened last night, they don't know what would happen to them if they still stayed here when all lights are turned off. The hunters will not only hit them in the dark but will also surely kill them if they have a chance.
Should they just wait until they are wiped out by the hunters? There was no rule stating they can't strike the hunters first. But at this time, it's better to stay alive longer first.
"Follow me..." Jiel lead the group away and it was not in secret. When the other players saw them leaving, they also thought the same but only few remained because they are still resting their bodies and minds before going to a safer place.

The town hall, located in the center of the town and is surrounded by a wide meadow. There was only one cemented road connecting it to the main road.
Ace and the the two girls, Darell and Angel, were familiar with this place since they went past here last night. Jiel lead them to the second floor of the town hall, it was spacious and can accommodate 100 people inside. They were wondering as to how much money did the people behind all of this spent just to build this town where no one lives.
"Is that the map of the whole town?" Sofia asked, it was what Jiel wanted to show them.
"Yes, I hid here last night before you saw me."
The location of the tallest building was highlighted with a red circle.
Ace pointed his hand to a place in the map which is a few inches away from the wall surrounding the town.
"That's a few hundred meters away from the walls, we will need at least 10 minutes to reach that from here." The place where he is pointing his finger is the area where they hid last night, he easily identified it because of the icon of the ferris wheel in it.
"Where should we go?" Angel asked.
"We do not need to go too far. As they said, the best way to hide something is in plain sight."
"What if here?" Ace suggested, he was pointing to an area which is colored in dark green.
"Can you stand staying in a grass field for 6 hours with mosquitoes and flies hovering above your head?" Angel asked him.
"Of course, he can. His skin is as thick as a cow's." Jiel joked, Sofia immediately understood the meaning behind his words that's why she almost laughed out loud.
"No- What? What do you mean my skin is thick?"
"Nothing, we'll go with Ace's suggestion." Jiel replied and started going in and out from every rooms in the town hall.
Jiel entered every door in the town hall and finally found the stock room then picked an iron pipe. It was also the same for Ace. It can't be used to fight against guns but it's good in close fights.

The area is not that far from the tower, the tallest building in the town. They can still see the things that will happen around them because no buildings are obstructing their visions, only the darkness.
It is a wide rice field, maybe because it was already abandoned causing the different types of grasses to grow uncontrollably.
"What if there's a snake?" Angel asked.
"Well, we will come up with a solution when we saw one, so don't worry." Darell answered, keeping her grip to Jiel's arm tightly.
The grasses were so tall that it reached Ace's chest but in some areas, the grasses only reached his waist. Even if someone was standing one meter near their position, it is still hard to spot them because it is night time. Adding the thick grasses, it's almost impossible to see them without trying hard.
They laid on the ground with their backs facing the sky.
Only 10 seconds left in the countdown and it began giving off a sound everytime the countdown decreased with one second.

*TOOT!
The lights were immediately turned off but it was quiet, Angel was kneeling to watch the surrounding when she suddenly heard gunshots and instantly laid down to the ground.
"No one was eliminated. I guess the hunters have a bad aim." Jiel said, the number being shown in the monitor on top of thr tower stayed in 47.
"My goodness... My d**k hurts." Ace mumbled, he is in a proning position for minutes and his front started aching. Especially his abdomen which is on top of something hard and long.
When he looked at it, he saw a log embedded on the ground.
His friends looked at him like he's some kind of i***t. Ace was about to stand and change his position when he heard something.
"Here! Faster..." They saw two players running away from the tower.
When the lights turned back on, the surrounding area of the tower became void of life. Ace swept his eyes around the place but he can't see anyone nor anybody. The door of the building was only stained with red which he thought was blood.
A few moments later on, four people was seen walking out from an alley and stopped when they were in the middle of the road. Their position was just near the restaurant where the players are having their meals.
As expected, the hunters didn't linger near the tallest building.
"It's good that they left..." Jiel spoke, his eyes followed the four hunters who headed in the same direction where the two players earlier went. All of them thought it will not take long before someone got eliminated again, it seems like the hunters knew which direction the players went, what they only needed to do is to find which building or area the players are currently hiding.
"Did they not play hide and seek when they were kids?" Angel asked herself.
"If they want to find someone, shouldn't they first look to the nearest place? Why did they go the other way?" She continued.
Then, another 4 hunters appeared.
"Shit..."
They immediately laid down when one of the four hunters shifted his eyes to their direction.
"We should look around here first, there might be some mice watching us." One of them spoke and started entering the nearest building from them. It's unsure if he noticed the group of players in the thick grasses or not.
***
The two players who were seen by Ace's group earlier just left from hiding in the clinic when they made sure that the hunters chasing them were already gone.
"Marco..."
"What?" Marco asked, his eyes looking straight ahead of them. He was currently thinking on going to another building.
"Why did you show your card to me?"
"You also showed yours, it was only fair." Marco answered.
It was a mistake. Deliberately showing his cards to another player meant he is already marked dead by the hunters.
"But you only accidentally saw mine." His friend replied.
"It doesn't matter."
They were planning on entering another building but didn't continue when they saw a hunter coming from the direction where they are heading. They turned to the opposite direction and hid behind a food stall.
"You shouldn't have shown me your card, what if someone else saw it? Your card is an Ace of Clubs, you will be the first target of the hunters if they knew or worse, the other players."
Marco didn't reply, although they were just whispering with each other, he still feels that they can he heard by anyone near.
"Are you prepared to be killed?"
"What?" Marco became confused by his friend's question.
"Ah, I mean to die. Well, I also don't know until when will I be able to stay alive."
"Is there anyone here who wants to die?"
"Didn't you remember the words spoken by the masked man? You should not show your card to other players, even if he's your friend. Everyone here can plant a knife in your neck." His friend whispered.
Marco noticed the change in the tone of his friend's voice.
"W-what do you mean...?"
Marco's friend didn't answer, instead, he pinned him down. Marco was caught unprepared that's why he can't exert much strength to free himself.
"You! What's with you...?"
His friend grabbed his neck with two hands while his lower body is sitting on top of his abdomen.
*Gasp
40 seconds, Marco's eyes turned red and the veins in his neck and face bulged.
"I'm sorry Marco, I'll receive your revenge when we met in the afterlife..."
"Ugh..."
Marco's hands pushed his friend's face, slapped his arms and even poked his eyes but his grip remained strong.
"Ja-"
With Marco's last breath, he is almost able to say his friend's name but he was not given a chance because a cracking sound of bones breaking was heard.
"s**t!" Marco's neck was twisted but his eyes are still open.
His killer stepped away from his body afterwards. When his killer got Marco's card, someone from the shadows appeared.
"You killed him." It was a hunter which was watching their evey move.
"Yes, I did what you told me so stop following me."
"A deal is a deal, he will not survive the game after all. After this, I will also help you get other player's cards." The hunter told him. Having more cards doesn't mean they are safe. Everyone knew it because anytime, you might get killed by anyone and your cards will be gone so it is better to just hide and watch behind the shadows, wait until there are only few players left and strike.
The hunter extended his hand like he's taking something.
"What?" The player asked.
"Give me the card first."
"Are you crazy? I killed him so it's mine." Ace of Clubs, that's the card Marco has. It's the most powerful card but there are still card more powerful than it, they are the Ace of Diamonds, Ace of Hearts, and Ace of Spades. The players don't know if the game is about quantity or quality. If quantity, the more you have, the better. But if quality, it is enough just to get the most powerful cards even though there are only a few of them.
Quality, 6 Two of Spades cards cannot overpower a single Ace of Spades but if quantity, even 2 Two of Clubs are enough to beat the Ace of Spades.
The hunter knew the player's stance that's why he pointed his gun to him.
"Now give m-" The hunter didn't even finish his words when his hand holding the gun was pushed aside and something heavy hit his chest.
*Bam!
*Cough cough!
The player didn't waste any time and threw punches to the hunter's chest and stomach, he thought it is wiser to just hit the hunter's lower body than his face which was covered by a hard mask.
"You're... Gonna die!" The hunter pulled the trigger.
*Bang!
A ringing sound played inside the player's head and stopped his action for a moment.
"Haha!" The hunter thought he can eat the prey but it was a mistake. This player's physical strength is really commendable. In the split second that the hunter managed to point the gun at his head, he avoided it at attempted to get the gun away from the hunter's hand.
*Bam
The player's body slammed against the food stall causing it to fall down, making a loud noise.
The player received again a hit on his head and blood dripped. He was a little dizzy but managed to avoid the next attack that will surely break his skull because the hunter was holding something sharp and hard, a stone.
The player's hand gripped the hunter's neck the instant he recovered from his dizziness.
The two bodies rolled around on the ground while contesting in strength. The hunter's hand slipped and let go of the gun making it to fall to the player's hand.
"Now let me see your face." The player smiled wickedly and stepped back.
"No, don't act without properly thinking about it! Let's talk about it first. We can still fix it." The hunter raised his hands, there was a little c***k on the mask he's wearing.
At this moment, there were shadows approaching their direction, not only one but 5 of them. The hunter saw it and smiled evily behind the mask.
"They will not kill you if you handed them the card, I will also talk to them to let you go."
Now the hunter was the one begging for his life. The player smirked. No matter what he says, he will still die.
"I can kill you before they arrive here. The moment they see you corpse I am already far away from this place, it was unfortunate I am not able to see your face even if I want to."
*Step forward
"Your corpse will tell your boss to stop following me, I will kill another hunter if I am followed again."
"No! Don't you dare Ja-"
