“Why are you so quiet?” Logan asks as we drive to Blue Moon Peak. “You hardly greeted me when I arrived. Is something wrong?”
Everything is wrong, is what I want to say as I look at Logan sitting next to me. But I just sigh and rest my head against his shoulder.
“You’re worrying me now,” Logan says as he puts his arm around my shoulder and pulls me closer.
“I’m nervous about your parents,” I answer. Well, it is not a lie. I am nervous about it, but it is not the only reason why I am feeling blue.
“It will be fine,” he chuckles and kisses me on the top of my head. “My mother will love you and then my dad will have no other choice but to accept you.”
“Logan,” I wiggle out of his arm and sit up. “How long will you wait for me?”
