{Adrienne’s POV}
After we finished eating, I thought that he was going to let me leave, but he didn’t. He said that I should stay with him in the office for a little while because he needed company. But for someone who was the one in need, it was me who pretty much doesn’t have a choice.
Now, I stood here looking at the painting in his office while staring at my parent’s faces.
Earlier, when I told him that I was bored, he gave me permission to wander around his office, and since I have already seen everything here when I took a little ‘peak’ that night of Damien’s victory party, this painting was the only one that I took interesting.
“It was the biggest celebration this palace had,” Cadmus spoke next to me while also looking at the painting.
