I didn’t even care if I was already running into the deeper parts of the woods, even though there was a high possibility that I could lose my way out of here. All I wanted at this moment was to be in the farthest place and away from the palace.
I lost count of how many times I tripped and fell because of the pain in my bones. I couldn’t even feel the scratches on my arms and legs because the pain inside me was too unbearable. I felt like crying or jumping onto the highest mountain to just die rather than feel this excruciatingly painful bone-cracking feeling.
