“Thanks for bringing me home.” Meg unbuckled her seat belt and opened the car door. Cold air outside hit her, making her even more reluctant to leave the warm car and friendly company. Mark leaned back in his seat. “No problem. Are you sure you’re all right?” Meg glanced over at him and smiled. It was the first time she’d really looked at him since they first got in the car. For some reason, she felt uncharacteristically shy around him. It was probably only because of everything which had happened “I’m fine.
