Meg nodded, obviously pleased by his reaction. “This is my favorite spot. I love everything here in my little world, but the field and the pavilion are both so open. I wanted some place hidden, safe. Even though it’s a cave, it’s not too closed off. Past the moss are the grass and open hills and shoreline, and past the waterfall is the expansive lake.
