Mrs. Gob immediately fell silent, she felt slapped by Xavier’s black card.

“If you don’t accept card payments, I’ll get cash for you, Mrs. Gob. Just tell me how much do you want to sell this house? Whatever price you’ll offer, I will buy it without owing anything, including the rent bills that are in arrears for the past few months.”

Mrs. Gob was furious again, she was really annoyed with Xavier’s pretentious attitude. Though according to Mrs. Gob, Xavier was only a grandson from the poorest grandmother in the world.

“If you really have a lot of money, buy this house for a hundred million dollars. But if you cheat then I will not hesitate to kick you from this house and will stick your face all over the district and say that you are big liar. Now we go to the bank, we should prove who is the right one here.”

“Yes of course. This poor young man wants to take a large sum of money, and make a house sale transaction with me for one hundred million dollars.”

The bank employee was shocked to hear that. Now Mrs. Gob was laughing while glancing sarcastically at Xavier.
