Reyer and I were fine once we settled things and realized that we couldn’t get to the mares in the other half of the stables. Of course every time we would get near each other again, we’d have to quarrel and show each other up. What fine, self-respecting stallion wouldn’t? We would brawl, and then groom each other and eat together in peace. Such is the way of the horse. But our humans of course were freaked out about seeing this in the morning, in ways that only a human would understand and not a horse. We of course didn’t see the big deal with our damages, we merely were showing off our strengths, how our bodies moved and how fierce we were.
