Dallas watched Rachael’s car drive off into the clouds until she could see it no more and her waving hand got tired, Dallas had been hoping that she would have the support of Rachael to fall back on if things went south at home but now that Rachael who although assured her that nothing would go wrong and that even if it did, Cyd would be there and shew would run all the way back to Georgia from Chicago where her aunt lived
Dallas sighed as she stared at the sky before turning to head back in to the dormitory
“Looks like the perfect day to go home” Dallas thought and smiled at the thought of her mom who was most likely making a big turkey for her arrival
