Elder Montgomery stood Infront of the whole pack, Alpha Derek Darkmore you stand here charged with the abuse of you daughter, a minor in your care, a special child as you were informed by me.

Luna Lidia Darkmore, you stand charged with negligence of your daughter, a minor in your care whom you on many occasions surved up to your husband and his friends to be abused.

What do you both have to say for yourselves?

Alpha Derek turned to Elder Montgomery and simply stated I do not answer to you, I will do with my pack and my family as I please.

Luna Lidia a little more respectfully bowed her head in shame when she responded I made a choice however poor, my abuse to continue as was or share it with my daughter. I have no excuses I would do so again.

Elder Montgomery looked at the two sternly and turned to their pack, once his back turned Alpha Derek went to leave dismissing the whole procedure. Before he got more than two steps Alpha Christian and Beta Dan were stood in his way your not leaving, you stand trial and hope your pack saves you or I stop reasoning with your son and he kills you out right Christian growled at him and believe me not only would he like to but he's more than capable.

Ant yelled in a growling alpha tone You stay put or I rip your head off Derek.

Much to his distaste Derek felt the Alpha pull as determined as he was to walk away, after all who were they to say who could and could not pleasure him he's alpha he can have who he wants when he wants or watch whoever he wants, his body, his wolf denyed him. The Alpha command stood strong in his bones making him stay. He turned and yelled at his son How dare you use alpha command on me show some respect! I am Alpha of this pack, Your Alpha, I did not release you! he yelled

Ant stood with a sly smirk on his face your not my Alpha I pledged to Alpha Christian did you not feel the break of the bond farther? And while we're discussing this your only Alpha still if the pack accepts you knowing what you've done to your own daughter, if they don't accept you as Alpha as your son and as I am of age I become Alpha. I'd say there's not many supporting you if my command works. he stared his farther in his eyes until he backed down and stood quiet changing this gaze out over his pack. REMEMBER WHO YOUR ALPHA IS he growled out at them.

Elder Montgomery looked to Casey. Casey I need you to stand forward and answer me a few questions please. She nodded and moved to stand by him.

Casey your farther has been charged with abusing you, can you please confirm or deny the allegations? I confirm she answered quietly but just loud enough for people to hear her.

Regarding these six behind me the men are charged with abusing you, both with Alphas permission, occasionally his aid and finally with him in attendance. Can you please confirm or deny? I confirm she answered a little more confident seeing that nobody was arguing.

Regards to the woman with the six, she is accused of knowledge of the abuse and aiding cover up prolonging the abuse, please confirm or deny? I confirm said Casey relieved her part was done.

Elder Montgomery nodded to her Thank you Casey, on behalf of the Elders Council we are very sorry this happened we hope to resolve this matter today so you may move on.

Casey moved back to Ricks who had his arms open ready to wrap her up and hold her close.

Elder Montgomery looked at the six stood in group, do any of you have anything to say in defence of yourselves?

The girl stepped forward, Casey, Ant I am so sorry, he's the Alpha he ordered me to stay quiet or be banished I was scared I know it was wrong I was a teenager I didn't know what to do she cried to them. She had been Ants girlfriends best friend regularly at their house being single herself she was always a third wheel and regularly wondered round the house when they were making out saying she didn't want to see that. Ant remembered that much and sympathized what she was saying may be true standing up to his farther back then was scarry for him he could only imagine how conflicted she may have felt and so he sent a mindlink to the Elders and the rest of the group saying as much.

Casey also confirmed it maybe true, her farther had left the room shortly after she entered and returned with a smug smile that she never understood.

Elder Montgomery progressed turning to the pack Now all crimes and allegations are layed out Casey confirmed her own abuse, Ant left with his sister to protect her from this abuse, each of the accused have had chance to speak their defence. We turn to the pack does anyone wish to speak in defence of their Derek? he said giving pause then nodding, Does anyone wish to speak in defence of Lidia? again pausing and nodding with the lack of comments Does anyone wish to speak in defence of the five additional abusers? slowly a female wolf stepped forward head down Elder before anyone defends my mate, I wish to speak, I noticed my mates s****l requests in the bedroom, requesting things I wasn't comfortable with just kid of stopped out of the blue, he was very agitated when Casey and Ant disappeared , so when beta Dave killed his farther and said why I always suspected he may have been involved. I was just to scared to ask as I didn't know what to do if it was the case. so please anyone who is considering saying he didn't or wouldn't respect me as his mate when I say I believe he did whole heartedly and still would be if Ant hadn't taken her away.

Three others who had stepped forward just after her quickly stepped back shaking their heads.

The council mindlinked and discussed the packs input and reactions before starting to speak again. It has been decided Derek and Lidia you are not supported by your pack you are no longer Alpha and Luna, Ant will put you to death and take over the pack. Is there any challenge from the pack for the Alpha position? nobody stepped forward and so Elder Montgomery confirmed upon death of Alpha Derek Alpha Ant will take his place.

You five who disgrace your pack you will be banished to be rouge your mate and any pups will be given the choice to leave with you or be without you.

Sophie there is doubt in if you were consenting to the actions or forced to be quiet. You will be released to continue as normal however you will be required to speak to the pack nurse in regards to the happenings to ensure you have told everything you know now your released from the alpha command however you will be under influence of Ants Command to tell all honestly to allow you to fully clear yourself.

Please all pups not please leave the take over fight is about to take place. should any wolf wish to remain in respect for your old Alpha and Luna then please do, this will take place prior to the banishment. With that many pack members left not feeling the need to respect their old Alpha and Luna a lot of loud discussions occurred in regards to the punishment not being bad enough for what they put poor Casey through and their actions in general plus in regards to the over use of Alpha command and lack of respect given to their own pack.
