The next couple of days pass quickly, and before I knew it I was a certified helicopter pilot. Ama also sets me up with a new identity. Having links within the Norwegian Intelligence Service definitely comes in handy when faced with strange situations. I kept my first name, but my new surname was Masel, like Blair. I know I should have also changed my first name, but something was holding me back. Too many people knew me as Solana now, and even though I wasn't intending on coming back here, I didn't want to lose that link to my parents.
Neil also changed his surname, so that he wouldn't be linked to his previous Pack. He ended up taking Grant's surname, as they reasoned they would be marrying soon enough anyway for it not to matter in the long run.
