In the most opulent bar of City A, Anna Bennett sat alone in the corner, bathed in the ambiguous glow of the dim lights. Her eyes were like two pieces of exquisite black jade, bright and clear, yet at this moment, they were clouded with confusion. Having heard from Lily that the male attendants in this bar were all of the highest caliber, and upon seeing the man who had just walked in, whose temperament was outstanding and looks were exceptionally handsome, Anna, in her state of mild disorientation, mistook him for one of the male attendants.
Ethan Sterling, a man to whom countless women had eagerly thrown themselves day in and day out, found himself misidentified by Anna. His face darkened, his slender eyes narrowed menacingly, and the veins on his forehead throbbed with suppressed anger.
Fueled by the alcohol coursing through her veins, Anna reached out and grabbed Ethan's collar, her tone aggressive as she demanded, "Hey, how much for one night?" Ethan's cold eyes flashed with a chilling light that sent a shiver down one's spine. Without warning, he tightened his grip around her waist, and Anna's soft body crashed into his firm chest.
"You're here looking for a man?" Ethan's voice was icy cold, the tone sending chills through Anna, who, despite her bravado, felt a pang of unease deep within her.
"Obviously! What else would I be asking you for?" Anna retorted defiantly, though a part of her was starting to sense that she might have made a grave mistake.
A wave of anger surged within Ethan. He had rejected countless women who had tried to come onto him that night, feeling rather indifferent. But this audacious girl in front of him unexpectedly stirred something deep within him. With a firm hold, he dragged Anna into the private elevator.
Meanwhile, Lily and a man with a sleazy demeanor returned to the bar with a check in hand, only to find that Anna was nowhere to be seen. Lily stamped her feet in frustration, her face contorted with worry. The sleazy man, on the other hand, eyed the surroundings menacingly, as if he were hatching some sinister plan.
Inside the elevator, Anna began to sweat, a feverish heat spreading through her body. Her innocent appearance seemed to transform into that of an enchanting goddess. Her young and supple body rubbed against Ethan's, and her breath carried a sweet fragrance, like that of an orchid. "Mmm, this man smells so good. A faint scent of tobacco, no artificial perfume, just clean and warm," Anna thought hazily, losing herself in the moment as the heat in her body became almost unbearable.
Ethan's breathing grew ragged, and his remarkable self-control was teetering on the edge of collapse. This woman was like a siren incarnate, her eyes seductive, her beauty breathtaking, and her fragrance intoxicating. With a wicked glint in his eye, he tilted her chin upwards, his deep eyes fixed on her alluring features. Unable to resist, he lowered his head and pressed his lips against hers, his kiss filled with a mix of aggression and longing.
As the heir of the PinP Consortium, Ethan had never been short of female company. He had changed women more frequently than changing his clothes and had an almost obsessive aversion to kissing women. But now, this woman in his arms made him break his own rules. His deft lips pried open Anna's mouth, his tongue exploring aggressively, entangling with hers, sucking and nibbling at her lips. Anna felt a jolt of electricity shoot down her spine, causing her to tremble all over. Her legs went weak, and she would have crumpled to the ground in embarrassment if not for Ethan's strong hold on her.
"This man really knows how to charm!" The thought flashed through Anna's mind. Inexperienced yet passionate, she had unknowingly ignited a fire in Ethan, and he was on the verge of losing all self-control right there in the elevator.
With a clear "ding", the elevator arrived at their floor. Gritting his teeth, Ethan fought to contain his overwhelming desire and dragged the almost-limp Anna towards his private room, his eyes blazing with a suppressed intensity. Anna, her wrist sore from being pulled, shouted angrily, "Can't you be a little gentler?!" But Ethan paid no heed to her protests, his determination unwavering.
