She removed Mina’s shoes and jacket and covered her with a blanket. She gave her a glass of water and some painkillers. She tucked her in and kissed her forehead.

She sat beside Mina and watched her sleep. She listened to her breathing and felt her heartbeat. She smiled and sighed.

She loved Mina too. And she wanted to tell her. But she wanted to tell her when she was sober and awake. When she could remember and understand. When she could respond and reciprocate.

She decided to wait for the next day when they would finally express their love for each other. She hoped that Mina would still feel the same way and that she wouldn’t regret what she had said or done.

The next day was Sunday, and Mina was still sleeping soundly in Sam’s bed. Sam had made her breakfast and decided to wake her up gently. She walked into the bedroom and sat on the edge of the bed. She stroked Mina’s hair.

Good morning, Mina. How are you feeling?

Mmm…Sam…is that you? Why the heck am I at your place and in your bed?

Ayo, you were drunk like a skunk and you passed out at the party, you goof. I didn’t know where your apartment was, so I brought you to mine.

Sam handed Mina some spare clothes, and Mina changed into them. She was amazed at how soft and comfortable they felt, and thanked Sam for the gesture. Next, Sam showed her around the house. They went into the kitchen, where Sam explained the different appliances and gadgets she had, then they headed to the living room. Here, Mina admired all of Sam's decorations and furniture pieces.

Later in the evening, Sam suggested that they watch a movie together on her couch. They started watching an old romantic comedy when a kissing scene came on the screen. Embarrassed, Mina quickly looked away while Sam laughed at her reaction. However, when Mina eventually dared to look back at the screen again

Mina felt her cheeks flush as she watched Sam laugh at her reaction to the kissing scene. She darted her eyes away, feeling suddenly overwhelmed by her feelings for Sam. To her surprise, when she looked up again, Sam was no longer laughing. Instead, their eyes were locked and Mina felt a spark between them that seemed almost electric.

Slowly, Mina noticed that their hands had intertwined, and they both realized what had happened. Sam asked Mina in a gentle voice whether she remembered what had taken place at the party when they'd first met. Mina's heart raced as she nodded with a smile. Overcome with emotion,

"I want to make sure we are both on the same page. Is it alright if I give you a kiss?"Sam and Mina leaned in closer and closer until their lips touched in a passionate kiss.

In that moment, all of Mina's doubts melted away and she knew that this was right - that this was true love. They both stepped back after the kiss to look into each other's eyes and for one beautiful second everything seemed perfect and still. Finally finding the courage to speak, Mina whispered "I love you" before looking down shyly at the ground while waiting for Sam's response.

To her surprise however, when she looked back up again it was to find Sam smiling back at her with tears in her eyes and repeating "I love you too". Without another word being said between them, they hugged each other tightly as if to never let go of the special moment they just shared together.

They kissed for a few moments more as their hands explored each other's body, feeling the warmth radiating between them. Sam asked Mina in a whisper if she wanted more, and before Mina had time to answer, Sam slowly started to take off her clothes.

Mina felt her heart race as every piece of clothing hit the floor. She was so aware of every part of Sam's body that was revealed to her and felt captivated by the sight. Her skin seemed so soft and inviting and Mina grew impatient for what was yet to come.

When they were both completely undressed, Mina asked Sam in a timid voice "I need you to be tender with me". Taking her face into her hands, Sam leaned in closer until their lips were barely touching and promised that she would never do anything that made Mina feel uncomfortable or scared.

Encouraged by this assurance, Mina glorified in the sensation of Sam's lips tracing patterns along her neck and shoulder. With each movement, she felt increasingly alive and connected to what was happening between them - exploring each other's bodies lovingly as if nothing else mattered at that moment in time.

As the night progressed, they gave into passion like two lovers deeply lost in one another's embrace - forgetting all sense of time or place. All worries seemed far away from them now; exchanging intimate kisses until finally surrendering their souls in the most beautiful way possible.

Finally, when dawn came around, they curled up next to each other on the couch with contented smiles on their faces. As they both drifted off into a peaceful sleep together, it seemed as though everything was just right – no longer strangers but soulmates hand-in-hand on life’s journey ahead…
