The unexpected mate

It takes everything in me to will myself downstairs as I reach the bottom step a kind looking woman stands in front of me looking on the verge of tears "mother?" I slowly whisper out the woman looks at me with tear filled eyes and says "yes my daughter we've finally come for you" I look at the man I presume to be my father and say a little sarcastically "so you must be my father?, why come for me just to send me off with some mate? that's what happens right like in some cheesy romance novel?!".

the man moves towards me and speaks "listen sweetheart this is the only way to keep you safe" I shout my words laced with hatred "BUT WHY THEN MR ALPHA IS ANYONE AFTER ME?! WHATS SO SPECIAL ABOUT ME?! AND NOW YOU WANNA TAKE ME AWAY FROM DAD AND PAPA?!" Mike and Matt visibly shift and I realize I may have made a mistake, my father booms in a terrifying tone "HOW DARE YOU NOT HAVE MY DAUGHTER CALL YOU BY YOUR PROPER NAMES SHE IS MY DAUGHTER I AM HER FATHER!" I am getting seriously annoyed now especially since lunch is soon "FATHER STOP IT!" I take a deep calming breath "listen we all need to calm down they tried to have me address them by Thier names but since 5 I insisted on calling them dad and papa,now can we just go?".

The car ride to the pack lands is a quiet one untill my mother speaks "now morgana since I know you haven't shifted yet your senses may not be as heightened but as we have come to understand your wolf has spoken to you, yes?" I look up at her and say politely "yes mother her name is asana although I don't know much about her yet as we have barely spoken much" now my father speaks "it is probably because you haven't shifted you have 2 hours before your party in which to shift so once we reach pack lands go to the woods and imagine a wolf the fur coming out of your body etc" I sit there and ponder what he is saying when suddenly I have claws coming by out of my fingertips and my canines are extending "uhh father?, mother?" my father yells out "oh crap don't shift in the car it's new" ok his statement pissed me off "nah I think I'll finish shifting" I say rudely before I let out a scream crap this hurts my bones are reforming breaking oh god but not long soon I notice I'm a full on wolf on all fours in the car "haha douchebag I ruined your car" I thought in my head but suddenly my mother's voice popped into my head "watch your language young lady" I reply "hey what the hell your in my head suddenly my father yells "didn't you hear your mother" in a voice so authoritative it made me whimper "now then you must shift back imagine your human self" my father stated calmly "Nah I'm all pretty as a wolf" I have red ears, red paws and a red tail with the rest white "SHIFT NOW!!" my father yells in my head and suddenly I'm shifting back now that I'm a human again I am exhausted and... NAKED!! oh jeez my mother wraps me in a blanket and I drift off to sleep.
