“What is he doing here, at this time?” Arsh asked in surprise, I could hear a little protectiveness in his voice.
“Even I have no idea” I said starring at Arjun’s car.
“Amy, I know it’s your life but as a friend I just want to say be careful. He just swooped in out of nowhere and we don’t know why he was there at the shipment that day. I know you like him but please be aware, you are new at this” Arsh said with a small tentative smile. Scared that I would flip out.
“I know Arsh and even he knows. We are getting really close but I’m not blindsiding anything so don’t worry” I smiled at him, beaming a little. I’m happy that I have friends who genuinely care for me.
