“Hey, any news from them?” I asked as soon as I saw him.
“No, but are you okay?” He asked. I took a seat in front of him.
“I am, why?” I asked confused.
“You took a day off on the day of undercover mission which has never happened” He said smiling.
“Oh, about that” I scratched my head to think of something.
“I wanted to spend some time with my family” Though he looked skeptical, he let go.
“Hey on Monday, Mom is visiting the office” He said smiling.
“Oh yeah, you said she wanted to meet me few weeks ago” I exclaimed remembering his words.
“Yeah, but her sister got sick so she went to Pune. She came back today though” He said and I nodded.
It was 9pm when we got a call from Arsh saying that everything went well and that wasn’t a trap. Actual shipment was taking place.
