“What the hell happened?” I exclaimed cupping his face. He averted his eyes.
“Uh-huh, just a small fight” He said hesitating.
“Did you apply anything?” I asked him inspecting his wound. It doesn’t look too bad, just turned red with some scratches. With whom did he fight?
“Yeah, I did. Chill” He brushed it off spiking up my anger.
I clenched my jaw when I saw his right knuckles, they were bruised.
“Just drive” I muttered settling back in my seat.
This guy is impossible.
We stayed silent the whole time. It’s not new to me but this silence was different. I can feel his frustration but I know he wants to spend time with me otherwise he would have cancelled it.
