Chapter 2: Her nightmares

I walked out of the store room and lock the door. I kept an eye on the retreating back of the messenger who just conveyed the message to me as my heart kept thumping in my chest.

I fell to my knees at the sight of Deforest and Declan with my body trembling none stop.

I tried to calm my racing heart but the more I tried, the more my heart becomes restless.

Deforest and Declan has been my worst nightmare over the past seven years. They constantly torture me everyday with whips and other harmful objects.

Deforest who is placed in high hope for the heir will always bring Declan with him to my room and torture me mercilessly.

I remembered waking up from the effect of cold water that was splashed on my body just to meet the hateful glare of Deforest. He was holding a bucket in his hand and I don't need anyone to tell me first before I know he was the one who actually poured me the water.

I quickly went down on my knees with my head bowed.

" Bring the whips over" He had said with a domineering voice and I lift my head up to look at him with my heart racing so fast.

I don't remember doing anything wrong the previous night. Tears streamed down my eyes as Declan who was standing at the door way walked forward with whips and a plastic bowl in his hand.

Little did I know that the plastic bowl contained grinded pepper. I was made to lay flat on my belle as the two guards who came with them held my hands and legs intact.

"No irritating cries or else.." He had warned me as he made a knife sign with his hand and I nod my head in fright.

The whips landed on my butts and a loud piercing cry escaped my lungs. It hurts so bad that I felt my skin pealing off.

" It hurts please stop!" I had pleaded in tears as I struggled to set my self free from the tight grip of the male wolves.

My back and butts hurts so much that I can smell my blood in the air. Blood dripped down from my back and my tattered night gown got soaked in it.

" Bring the pepper over" Deforest had ordered with his eyes misty and Declan handed the bowl to him.

My clothes got ripped off thereby revealing my bare injured back and butts .

" Deforest are you going to apply the pepper on her?" Declan had asked with his voice hoarsed and that was when I realized the bowl he was carrying contained pepper.

" If I wasn't going to apply it on her, why did we bring it in the first place?" Deforest replied with his own question and Declan was forced to keep quiet.

" Don't do this please" I pleaded and I felt a scrunching pain on my back.

"One more word from you and you are dead Omega" Deforest threatened and i bite hard on my lower lips.

I thought I was going to die from the pains when Deforest emptied the bowl of pepper on my back and butts.

My body wrinkle together like an earthworm that got into salt . My head throb as my screaming filled the early morning air and I felt warm liquid under my pants.

I have to constantly endure the pains and humiliations afflicted upon me by the imperial dragon sons and anyone else in the empire.

I dare not rebut because I have to live if I want to avenge my parents deaths.

'They must be here to punish me again'

I panicked inwardly as I clutched the hem of my dress so tight.

"You filthy slave" Deforest sneered and I felt cold chills on my skin.

" Must you always smell so bad?" He spat out in disgust.

I gasped as the glass of water in his hand got emptied on my head. The water trickled down my face slowly and I dare not wipe it off.

I c****d my head sideway and caught Allen wrinkling his brows. I gulped the lump in my throat and fought back the tears in my eyes.

" Deforest you should let her be" Declan said and Deforest glared at him.

" She is a slave okay. What's wrong with pouring water on her?" Deforest rebutted and Declan just remained quiet.

" Just tell her why we are so that we can leave as soon as possible. I'm going to throw up by mere looking at her" Deforest sneered and turned his back on me with one of his hands covering his nose and the other on his waist.

" we are going to have a party in the next full moon which is two days from now. We want you to cook good food, clean the party hall and make sure everywhere looks good. We don't want to see any disorganization that day and also wash your hair and body clean" Declan passed the information to me with his hands covering his nose as well and I nod my head .

" One more thing, I don't want to see you walking around the party because you will chase my guests away with your stinky body" Deforest added and I nod my head none stop.

" Don't forget to prepare delicious food too" Declan said more like a reminder and I lift my head up to meet his golden calmed eyes that were quickly replaced by a glare.

" What are you waiting for? Come on let's leave this stinky place" Deforesf huffed and Declan followed his lead.

I let out the breath I've been holding and sat on the floor as I watched their retreating stiff backs.

Oh no, my eighteenth birthday is in two days time. Does it mean I also have to work my ass off on my birthday?

Other wolves finds their mates on their eighteenth birthday. I don't know if I will find mine too and I don't care anymore. Besides, if I meet my mate now, he may not accept me because I'm an omega and the Imperial slave. Who would want a weak creature like me as his mate?
