When Seth found out from Sun that Carl is a dominant omega and from an established family that is, somehow, he knew that Carl would be unlike any other omega. Aside from being a dominant omega, Carl is also from a wealthy family, isn't it already understandable why Seth would expect him to be extraordinary?
His prediction is spot on. Even without seeing face to face yet, when they reached the second floor and was making their way to the table because Carl was seated facing the direction where they came from, Seth caught sight of him first hand, and damn, the word 'beautiful' would seem like an understatement.
