Three days.
That's all we have before Thorne returns with two hundred wolves ready to destroy everything we've built.
I watch Jolie sleep, her face peaceful despite the war coming our way. She's been unconscious for six hours since collapsing in front of Thorne, and Doc says she needs at least twelve more to recover.
"Ryder." Knox appears in the doorway. "We need to talk about strategy."
I kiss Jolie's forehead and follow him outside. The compound is organized chaos. Wolves sharpening weapons while others reinforce barriers. Phoenix working on communications equipment.
"Status?" I ask.
