Part-33 Mbalelo 4

In the middle of nowhere.              In different hemispheres.              Earth has only two seasons, namely winter and summer. In a luxurious room, a beautiful woman curled up in her comfortable bed. The comfort of the bed, made her lazy to move. Even though the sun was already high, the sound of her phone kept ringing, signaling that she had to wake up. Lazy to reach for the flat object, "hello..., yes honey."                Pause.                "Yes thank you, I wake up already."                Pause.                "Sure sweet heart, I'm literate, already sitting."                But she hasn't sat down yet. Finally the connection is closed. She put down her device carelessly and curled up again.               “I don't know, today why this bed feels more comfortable than usual. Even though today I have a lot of things to finish at work.”             After a view minute, the device keeps ringing, the notification ringtone from the what's up app keeps beeping. She covered her ears with a pillow. Feels more relieved, because the sound of the device can be heard farther away. Not to mention she was enjoying her relief, her device rang again. This time it's a call ringtone. Lazy she answered the call, "hello."               Pause.               "Good morning, I'm good thank you. How about you?"               Pause.               "Yes, Sir, in my room."               Pause.               "I will, within hours."               Pause.               "Sure sir, I will."                Pause.                "Okay ba_____."                 Tut ..., tut ..., tut ...., the call ended, she was lazy to romove the blanket. Get out of bed, walk into the kitchen. Turning on the electric kettle, having previously checked its contents.               "I just need coffee to get rid of my laziness."               She muttered, talking to herself. Slowly she brewed her coffee, for a moment she took a sip of the coffee she was brewing. Her mind was far away. Far to now the ocean. She felt empty, "all the luxury that I have, can never cure the feeling of emptiness in my chest." Her gaze was vacant, though it was clear she was enjoying the coffee she was sipping slowly.              "I don't know, this morning I feel like I'm not where I stand." She felt her feet not touch to the ground. After finishing the coffee, she immediately took a shower and got dressed. Ready to go to work. There was something she didn't know and didn't realize. The face, the stature, the dress she was wearing, were exactly the same as the women in the forbidden forest. A woman on the verge of death.             Today she felt that she was in a very bad mood and lacked enthusiasm. But she insisted on going to work. In the office, at her desk she was getting busy. She checked hundreds of notifications on her device one by one and answered them patiently. After that, she started to move from one job to another.            Her work is related to immigration, police, employment offices, population agencies, hospitals, travel agencies---ticketing, users and partners abroad who act as suppliers. Everything she does from behind a desk with the help of her smartphone, and some sophisticated electronic devices.           It was clear that she was a diligent and hard worker. Almost no pause. She did all her work until noon pulled 14.00, during break time.             During break time, her body began to tremble, there she realized that she had not eaten anything since morning. Just drink coffee. She quickly cleared her desk and got ready to go home. Started to feel her body go limp. She touched her forehead with the back of her hand.            "I have a fever," she complained. Then with unsteady steps she left her desk and went home. When arriving home, without taking off her shoes she went straight to the kitchen. She put her briefcase on the dining table. Then, lazy she makes food and eats. After the dhuhur---afternoon prayer--- she went straight to bed. But somehow, she felt her body getting hotter.              "I'm fine, I just ate late. That's why my body reacts like this." She suggested to herself then tried to sleep. Although what is felt is not ordinary heat. She felt her body burning. She just closed her eyes, sipping the pain.              I don't know how long she felt like her body was on fire, but she kept telling herself, "I'm okay-I'm fine." Eventually she fell asleep—or passed out, I don't know. What is clear is that she no longer makes a sound and does not move. Curled up in her bed.            The alarm went off indicating she had to go back to work. She seemed to move, lazy to remove the blanket and get out of bed. While walking she put the back of her palm on her forehead, "why is it still hot?! I'm already sleeping?!" her mind was confused. Her steps also seemed limp and half dragged.          She went to the kitchen and did something. Apparently heating the water, then removing the lemons from the fridge. She deftly cut the lemon thinly and squeezed it, putting the flavored water in the glass she had prepared. After the water she heat it to a boil, She pours it into a glass that already has lemon juice on it. Then add tea and sugar. She stirred slowly, after that she took a sip of the smell of her lemon tea. Her pretty face looked satisfied.                     Slowly she drink it while occasionally blown.            "I'll get better," she muttered, as if talking to herself. An hour later she was back at her desk in her office. Back to struggling with work that never ends. But somehow, she felt her body getting weaker, her head started to feel dizzy. When work hours are over, she goes straight home. The only thing she wanted to do was take medicine and sleep.         Thirty minutes later she was curled up in her bed. She felt like the body was on fire, the soles of her feet were like being stabbed with a knife. The next second, her eyes widened in disbelief. Blood spurted from the soles of the feet. Like a madwoman she was screaming hysterically.        “Noooo....! Nooo...! Oh God, my leg!"         Panicked she held her leg which was constantly bleeding fresh blood. Fresh blood kept gushing from the soles of the feet like a shower. Between conscious and unconscious she tore her nightgown and then bandaged the soles of her feet with the torn clothes. Then tore another part of her dress again, this second tear, she also wrapped it around the sole of the other foot. Apparently the blood was still seeping out. Reflexively, she opened her dress. Then she tore it in two, each one she wore to bandage one leg, she looked dazedly at her feet, blood was still visible from there. But it's not as smooth as before. She tried to recover her consciousness by saying, "no, this is not real!" half screaming she was talking to herself.           But her eyes said otherwise. Her legs were wrapped in her nightgown which she had torn off herself. The bed was full of blood here and there. The color of the spray that was previously pure white had become blood red, while from the legs that were already wrapped in his nightgown, blood was still seeping out.         Dazed she swept her gaze. She was trying to understand what was really going on. When she realized her naked body, she immediately pulled the blanket and covered herself with the blanket up to her neck. Her eyes moved erratically, confused mixed with fear.
