I'm a mess of anxiety. I feel like the worst friend in the world for letting Cass go off with Harry when I knew something was wrong. Now I have to break the news to her that her boyfriend may be some kind of dangerous cult fanatic. I called Cass and invited her to breakfast as soon as the sun was up. She was tired but seemed relieved to hear from me. I was too worried to wait around for Bea to wake up. Karl had assured me that things would be fine there until I got back.
