Victoria's POV
"Are you scared?" he asked as he cupped my cheek with both of his hands. I could see the worry for me in his eyes. "Yes, I'm a little bit scared, and the fact that you won't be there with me makes me so nervous," I grumbled and saw him flash me a warm smile. He leaned closer to me and placed a kiss on both of my cheeks before holding my gaze again.
"You don't have to be scared. I have already done everything. All you have to do is go there," he assured me, but a frown still appeared on my face. I just wished he would be with me on the trial, just like he was present during the decision-making of the throne keeper.
