Chapter twenty-five - Good news and disappointment
Lesley's POV: The week with Dean as our substitute teacher passed quickly. We had only two classes with him, but it was more than enough. I think everyone likes him. In the beginning, I didn't like what he did. Mostly, I felt like he wanted to show me something. This doesn't mean I was mad at him. I know why he did it, and I appreciate it. Also, this was for a week. I liked the teacher, but I want my best friend back. I should say that I have never seen every student paying attention in any other class. He did something to get their attention. Sadly, that has consequences. Yesterday, our teacher was back. That backfired on her. No one paid attention. Neither was listening to her.
