Elsa was left astounded with the way her dad suddenly went from comfortingly her to defending the dogs even though she made it up.
Then she felt deja Vu as she remembered how her dad had actually thought the dog in her nightmare to be harmless even though it was dangerous.
She shook her head, trying to think straight, but before she could say anything else, her dad attacked again.
" Do you remember the story about the patient dogs?" Kelki inquired from her.
Elsa wasn't sure why her dad is becoming more interested in dogs and she can't wait long enough for this whole thing to end.
"Yeah, and I don't think they are patient, it's just pure greed to me!". Elsa muttered with fury.
"Pure greed you said?, How true is that, Elsa?". Kelki questioned her.
" I mean, why would they be patiently waiting to devour the biggest bone when they could easily crunch a bunch of smaller ones?, That to me, is greed, dad"!.
She fired back with resentment.
Kelki smiled as his moment of glory was imminent.
"That's not the case, Elsa, I think they saved the best for the last until you, STEPPED IN"! Kelki said, raising his to tone a bit.
Elsa was petrified by kelki's claims.
"Dad?....... what did you mean by, "UNTIL I STEPPED IN?", that's ridiculous!".
Elsa fired back with rage.
She couldn't believe that her dad blamed her instead of the dogs, despite the fact that she knew it wasn't what happened in her dream, she still hated it that her father blamed it on her.
"It's no rocket science honey, you were the reason they got upset and came after you"!
Kelki told her.
Elsa just sat on the couch with eyes wide open as she stared at her dad to see if he meant what he said and to her shock, his expression were intact.
With Elsa left short of words, Kelki striked again.
"Just think about it, what could make a patient dog impatient"?
Kelki questioned Elsa for answers but it seems like she wasn't getting it, so after a while of silence from Elsa, he gave her another tip.
"Alright, let me relate it to you, now, what will you do if someone takes away something valuable from you"?
He asked her and relaxed, waiting for her answer.
The question teleported Elsa's mind back to her nightmare and she recounted the incident about the wolves attacking her family, something really valuable to her and immediately, the answer to the query became clear.
"I would fight with all I've got to get it back, even if it means sacrificing myself."
She replied with so much passion.
Kelki smiled at her response.
"Bull's eye, Elsa, that's what the dogs did when they chased after you!" Kelki told her.
Elsa was lost, so she went for clarity.
"Excuse me?", It's not like I took something valuable from them!''.
Elsa responded with confusion.
" Well, what if I told you that you did, Elsa?"
"You must be kidding me dad, because I don't recall running with something valuable in a dog's world ".
Elsa replied Kelki.
"Yeah, you did,........ the biggest bone, remember that?" Kelki questioned her.
Elsa was more confused now than ever.
"The biggest bone?, That's not true dad, how am I supposed to be able to run with that?", it should have some weight!"
Elsa remarked.
"You still don't get it, do you?" Kelki asked.
"Nope, not in a million years would I get it!"
She muttered out.
" It's simple, what if I told you that you don't have to hold them because it's too many for your hands all together?" Kelki questioned her.
" Too many?, Like how many could it be?"
"Let's say, about, 'two-hundred and six' bones"!. Kelki uttered.
Elsa couldn't believe her ears.
"That much!?, I Always believed it to be just a single bone?.
"You're right, but it's just that they were all packed up together perfectly!, Just take a look at the mirror!" Kelki said, directing Elsa towards the mirror.
She stood up and went to look at the mirror.
When she got there, she couldn't help but started laughing as she got her father's joke.
"You get it now, right? Kelki asked, smiling.
"Yeah, I was their biggest bone and they couldn't let me escape after having so much Patience to eat me later "! Elsa replied and they laughed even harder.
It was at this moment that they heard drums banging outside with people celebrating and singing, it cut their moment off as Kelki approached her .
" That reminds me, clean up and get ready for the festival, you know your brother is officially becoming the heir to our pack today?"
"Oh, I almost forgot, I'll be ready in a minute, dad"! Elsa said.
"Good, don't keep us waiting for too long"! Kelki replied.
"I won't, dad,......... thanks for comforting me!"
Elsa said and she hugged Kelki quickly before pulling out.
"It's okay dear, I Will send your maid in, see you at the palace"! Kelki replied.
"Alright Dad"! Elsa said.
And with that, Kelki opened the door and went outside, leaving Elsa alone once more.
She looked back into the mirror, and looking at herself, began to laugh again as her father's joke got to her again.
"Bag of bones, you need to get ready right away"!
She whispered to herself and it made her to laugh again.
Elsa went back to her bed, sat down and planned what to do next before her maid arrived.
