The next day Lee told me that Noah only posted the picture because Warren had sent him a pic of me and Adam walking to class and he was upset because he thought I had moved on so quickly.  I told Lee "He should have known better it was Warren.  Everyone knows Warren likes to stir the pot to get what he wants."

A few weeks passed and Adam an I grew closer.  When Lee was busy with Rachel Adam was always there to help me fill the void.  Tuppen had knocked Warren around a couple of times for coming near me and eventually he stopped.  Even though it hurt I couldn't bring myself to unfriend Noah on any social media sites so whenever he posted a new pic of himself I was alerted.  They usually had him with a girl.  The good thing was that he was only ever out with three different girls.  So, I knew it was not to go back to his old ways of being a player and that helped me some.  I was at the arcade with Lee and Rachel when I bumped into Tuppen and Lee invited him to join us.  The four of us grabbed a bite to eat and sat and we talked for quite a while when Lee decided he wanted to go and play a racing game with Rachel and I told him to go that I had Tuppen to keep me company.  At first, everything was ok and we were just reminiscing about the previous year.  When I saw a guy out of the corner of my eye that reminded me of Noah and I started crying.  Tuppen just pulled me close and let me cry.  I heard him say "Come on Elle, you need to hold it together.  Why don't you try dating Adam?  He seems like a nice guy and I think he really likes you. "  "Tuppen I can't yet it wouldn't be fair to him or any guy I date right now when I am still hurting from Noah"  "yeah, I guess not.  He was your first kiss."  "Tuppen you don't understand." I leaned in and whispered in his ear  "Noah was my first everything." "Oh, wow now this makes more sense." He pulled me in closer and just ran his hand along the back of my head.  He even leaned forward and kissed the top of my head.  "Everything is going to be ok Evans.  We will all get you through this."

The next morning at school Olivia looked at me and turned and walked away from me.  I ran up to her and stopped her and turned her around she looked like she had been crying.  I asked her "hey what is wrong"  "like you don't know" "no, Olivia I don't what happened."  She picks up her phone and shows me a picture of me and Tuppen where he is kissing the top of my head.  "Olivia it is not what it looks like.  I saw a guy at the arcade that reminded me of Noah I started crying and all Tuppen was doing was consoling me.  Do you really think we would be dumb enough to go to the most popular hang out on a date"  "I guess not" "exactly Tuppen is devoted to you.  He was just helping me through the fact I had admitted to him about me and Noah"  "oh, damn I didn't think about that.  It does make it hard when he is the first" "exactly Tuppen didn't know.  I thought he did.  I thought Noah told him but I guess he didn't share that part of our relationship with anyone."  "can you forgive me Elle" "yes, I can.  I would be a little jealous if I saw that picture of my boyfriend with a girl even if she was both of our friends."

At that point, Adam comes up to me and says "hey little lady I have been meaning to ask you why does everyone call you Elle but Lee"  "oh, my full name is Rochelle Evans.  Everyone called me Shelly until my 6th birthday when I decided that Shelly was a baby name and insisted on being called Elle. Now only Lee, his family and my family call me that."  Olivia starts laughing "don't even try calling her Shelly without her permission.  Ask Duncan what happens when you do that one."  I started laughing "I really didn't think I hit him hard enough to give him a black eye."  "I know right, but no one ever called you that again."  Adam looked at me and says "Well, looks like my little lady can hold her own."  When I heard him say that I smiled up at him and if felt nice.  I looked at Olivia and she just raised her eyebrow at me and grinned.
