𝑪𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒕𝒆𝒓 - 𝟏

Sky was at orange tinge with a hint of pink fade ayaw, with the blazing sun already below the horizon, it was like a beautiful canvas.

The Surrounding was bustling with laughter and impatient students excited to go home.

Waving their hands as they go on their own paths..

But their she is Elisse Florentine, sitting in the side of the window, in a very deep thoughts as she flip every page of the book in her hands...

𝙀𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙚 𝙋𝙊𝙑 :

"𝒎𝒎𝒎, 𝑫𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒔𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒆𝒙𝒊𝒔𝒕?", As I flipped the next chapter of the book in front of me, Does thoughts has been in my mind since last night, it keeps popping in my mind.

"𝑾𝒂𝒔 𝑰 𝒃𝒆𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒅𝒆𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒍 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏? ", I whispered to my self.

" 𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆!!" It was a voice, a familiar voice, that brings me back to reality, I can hear the footsteps approaching me.

"𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒉? " I replied in my low voice, it seems like it was just a whisper that only my self can hear. The footsteps stops in the side of me.

"𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆?", I looked at the way where the voice come from.

"𝑰 𝒕𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒍𝒆𝒇𝒕 𝒂𝒍𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚, 𝑳𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒆?",I respond to her with a teasing smile, " 𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒍𝒍 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒑𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒓?",𝘐 added, seeing her reaction, wants me teased her more. "𝑶𝒉 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒉! 𝑱𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒆𝒚𝒆𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒆𝒕𝒔, 𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒆!" she replied excitedly.

I take a breath "𝒔𝒊𝒈𝒉, 𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒅 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒎𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒓𝒅" and looked at the window as the leaves gently falls down the ground.

"𝑴𝒎𝒎, 𝒚𝒆𝒂𝒉, 𝒃𝒖𝒕 𝒂𝒕 𝒍𝒆𝒂𝒔𝒕 𝒉𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒐𝒌 𝒂𝒕 𝒎𝒆...", she still excited even in as simple as that.

" 𝑮𝒐𝒔𝒉!! 𝒑𝒆𝒐𝒑𝒍𝒆 𝒘𝒉𝒐'𝒔 𝒊𝒏 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝒊𝒔 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒐 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒖𝒔". I sighed gently shaking my head

"𝑶𝒉! 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒉 𝑰 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒕! 𝑲𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒂 𝒉𝒂𝒔 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒍 𝒈𝒂𝒕𝒆, 𝒔𝒉𝒆 𝒂𝒔𝒌 𝒎𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒚𝒐𝒖".

"𝑯𝒂.... 𝑰 𝒕𝒐𝒕𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒐𝒕 𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕, 𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒖𝒃𝒍𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖" I immediately stand up and fix my stuff.

"𝑰'𝒎 𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆, 𝒍𝒆𝒕'𝒔 𝒈𝒐" and immediately grabs Liliane's hands to leave.

In the school gate. Kianna was standing there chatting ng with her boyfriend, Ash and the rest of our friends.

" 𝑳𝒊𝒕𝒕𝒍𝒆 𝒌𝒊𝒅, 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒐 𝒔𝒍𝒐𝒘, 𝒘𝒆'𝒗𝒆 𝒃𝒆𝒆𝒏 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖 !" it was Kianna, shouting from a distance waving her hands.

" 𝑼𝒈𝒉! 𝑻𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒌𝒏𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏" I whispered to my self, I'm older that them, in fact I'm the oldest in the group, I mean just one year older than them, they just taller than me, but why we're in the same grade? It's a long story, but I'm glad cause I met such a wonderful circle of friends.

"𝑯𝒆𝒚" I wave my hands to them as I arrive in the spot where they've been waiting.

"𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒂𝒌𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒔𝒐 𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈, 𝒄𝒖𝒕𝒊𝒆?" Elliana ask me impatiently

"𝑰𝒔𝒏'𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒄𝒉𝒐𝒐 𝒄𝒂𝒎𝒑𝒖𝒔? 𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝒅𝒊𝒅𝒏'𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒈𝒐 𝒉𝒐𝒎𝒆, 𝒊𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒅 𝒐𝒇 𝒘𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒎𝒆, 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒆'𝒓𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒊𝒏 𝒂 𝒅𝒊𝒇𝒇𝒆𝒓𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒘𝒂𝒚?, 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒎𝒂𝒌𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒎𝒆 𝒂𝒔 𝒂𝒏 𝒆𝒙𝒄𝒖𝒔𝒆, 𝒔𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒃𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒚-𝒅𝒐𝒗𝒆𝒍𝒚 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒐𝒚𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅" In a cute voice with a silly face.

We all laughed, "𝒍𝒆𝒕'𝒔 𝒈𝒐 𝒏𝒐𝒘" Kianna pulled my hands as she waves her others hands for goodbye. I turn my back to them and wave them a goodbye. "𝑺𝒆𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒘 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒐𝒏𝒆!"

Kianna and I walk together everyday after school. We lived in the same neighborhood after all. we're not childhood best friends. I just move here two years ago and become neighbors with her, we didn't talk much cause I'm not good at socializing with people. But I remember clearly how we become friends. At my first day of class in highschool as a transferred student, it was also the first day of school.

I was unfamiliar in my new surrounding, but I can feel the warmth of the atmosphere, people in my class was so friendly, I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. It was lunchtime when she, Kianna approach me, asking if I can have lunch with her and with her friend, then I agree, I have fun eating with them. she also introduce me to her other friends and that's how I meet Elliana too, at first I thought Elliana was arrogant and unapproachable, but it end up she was the most friendly and kind person.

She always worried about me and give me a hug and kisses everytime she seems me. As the time goes by , we didn't notice we just become good friends. And so on I meet lots of good people, I mean I was surrounded by true friends.

And the road that seems unfamiliar to me, becomes familiar with a wonderful memories. Now even tho we're not in the same class our friendship was still as strong as ever.

"𝑩𝒚𝒆 𝑬𝒍𝒊𝒔𝒔𝒆" Kianna's voice snaps me back to reality "𝒆𝒉, 𝒘𝒆'𝒓𝒆 𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 𝒂𝒍𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚?" Seems the road are getting near and near as the time comes by.

"𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒉, 𝒃𝒚𝒆 𝑲𝒊𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒂, 𝒔𝒆𝒆 𝒂𝒈𝒂𝒊𝒏 𝒕𝒐𝒎𝒐𝒓𝒓𝒐𝒘 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕!!!" With a determination in my face. " 𝒀𝒆𝒂𝒉, 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒅𝒂𝒚, 𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕" she replied and we laugh together as we wave hands to say goodbye as we go to the path of our houses.

"𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒉, 𝑰'𝒎 𝒇𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 𝒊𝒏 𝒎𝒚 𝒓𝒐𝒐𝒎!" And flop in my bed exhausted.... "I'm so tired" as everything went silent and blurry as my eyes that been tired the whole day leisurely closed....
