The final bell rang and for most of the students like Selena and Troy, the school ended for the day. However, it wasn't the same for Elias who was hiding in the washroom and kept splashing cold water down his face to calm his nerves. He knew that the little games of hide and seek he was playing with the football team the whole day were ultimately over and he had to face them on the field.
By the time Elias went into the locker room, most of the guys were already changing into their football gear. Walking over to his locker, between Liam and Tony's– the same junior from before– Elias started to change without joking around like he normally would have if nothing had happened. Liam gave him a weak smile, but Elias didn't respond and just turned his back on him.
